I have that same exact captain American lip balm- i got it in elementary school and it was a WHIPLASH seeing it again in this video LOLL. And oh my golly this asmr is SO GOOD. Playing this while on a road trip is HEAVENLY

I struggle with not picking appart things from food to object to my own skin. I've been trying to just busy my hand with a candy style necklace but it's so-so. Finding a ASMRof someone picking something apart helps. Especially, since the video and camera work is very 'home made'? Sometimes, more professional videos stress me because of the clinical lightning or sensitive mics. All that is to say, I greatly enjoyed this video. Thank you for sharing

a picky pad is usually just a tool for people who having problems with picking at things (hands, arms, face, fingers, etc) so instead of hurting themself, they’re able to pick at the little things stuck inside and overall just have something occupying their hands. I’ve seen it mostly used for people with heavy anxiety, but it could also just be a neat little fidget toy. I’ve never personally used one, so please correct me if I’m wrong.
