I think you might be looking for inaudible whispers! Some of them still fall into the type you’ve described but it could be easier to find something that fits your preference, i think unintelligible is often associated with complete gibberish/mouth sounds

I mean this in the best way possible, the inaudible whispering paired with the sorta scattered playing reminds me of watching a little kid explain to you their thought process and the story they’ve made up with their toys even though you can’t quite understand it, and for some reason it’s *so* tingly
