Same here, even when I played the Dead Kings dlc, I felt really unmotivated to continue. I felt just lost. Arno got no brotherhood, no Elise, no family, then what's left for him?
awesome video just finished the main story mode and i have to admit this was the saddist ending in any game i play and i play loads of games with main deaths but she touched my heart
Thanks a lot. Yes, this is really one of the saddest ending for the series.. The 2nd in my place would be from Black Flag. It's really touching to see Edward sailing into the wide open sea with his daughter.
It was really a nice game. I loved it. Elise death was so sad. I cried. After weeks I still completed everything in the game. Very often I travelled to Versailles to her grave.
It is assassin’s creed...they all have to suffer from losing some one importance...altair...his wife...ezio...father and brother and lately his love...connor...his mother, his friend and his father, ....edward... losing his ex wife and his partner..., and so on
Aw man they had the best Love Story in AC. Elise was fine af, charismatic, strong, and smart. This game will forever have a special place in my heart ever since I saw that Crisp Trailer.
Those trailers were amazing. Some of the best I've ever seen. It's a shame that the game didn't quite live up to it. Revolutionary France was such a great setting too.
Armo knew the cost of Elise's obsession with vengeance. He knew her fixation with killing the man responsible for her father's death would be the end of her. I'm wondering if the writing staff sprinkled the bits from Monte Cristo deliberately to warn everyone where the storyline was headed. In Monte Cristo Edmund ALMOST destroys everything he claims to care about to gain HIS vengeance and I can't help noticing how often people with a similar fixation ultimately become Arno's opponents or obstacles he must overcome to save France.
I was teary eyed listening to the letters from Elise especially the last two I literally almost cried over a video game romance granted it was a well written romance so yeah I’ll give it that
This video made me all emotional again, didn't even know that you could visit Elise's grave. Say what you will about the quality of the game but the romantic relationship between Arno and Elise was the most tragic we had in the AC franchise. The whole game was traversed by ups and downs in their relationship and I kinda had a bad feeling that Elise would do anything to get her revenge even if it ment her own death and Arno's loss of his life long love.
My goodness, no word can express my feeling of how sad I feel to see Arno lost Elise. Listening to her letter makes it even worse, the feel of losing your love one.
I had hoped that both would survive, hence the name Unity would have fit better. Also, a potential Templar - Assassin Alliance here would also have been nice to see. Ah, a man can dream :)
Elise was something that Arno could be, he just chosen different path. I knew she will die after I aknowledged her Drive to put Germain down, and hell that wasnt worth for her
I lost all motivation to play after the campaign. France is big but its feel so empty right now. Arno lost his father, his adoptive father, Bellec, the Brotherhood explelled him and now even Elise left him, he's truly lonely in this world.
How cool would it have been if you could make that leap of faith at the end in third person from far away, but you wouldn't actually see him land because he would become obscured by a building.
He is a tragic hero. He was going through the Aristotelian tragic trait / virtue called 'Anagnoris' in his last speech. Best character development Arc in AC history.
I just plotted the game yesterday, and i have to say it wasn't only the best assassins creed game I've ever played ( I've played many almost all of them) but it was one the best games that I've EVER played
Is her fault cause arno warned her that she cannot kill Germain alone if only she Wait arno to stand up then she could be still alive and married arno and live a happy life.
hey man thank you for making a video about one of the most tragic parts of the assassins creed series i was hoping that we could play together sometime
That was an awesome video! The ending of this game had me devvo! I like to imagine Arno used a Piece of Eden to bring her back or something, or they get to meet each other again in the afterlife or in another life. I know the AC movie in 2016 sort of denies that but I think most people don’t consider that movie canon . . . I did enjoy the movie though.
I wanted her to live. But even if she did, she and Arno couldn’t truly be together. They probably never have a place to call home. But.... she would still be by his side. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
I just finished the game yesterday, man she didn't deserve to die, I thought i could save her in the temple but it was obvious she would die. I don't plan to play the game after her death but i will check on her grave sometimes
AC 3 and AC BF and Unity are the saddest endings i ever met. In *AC3* your teacher Achilles died of old age. You killed your own father.. Your mother burned to death.. In *AC4* you met friends at the start but.. At the end most of them are dead.. And ofc *Unity* the death of Elise
It’s so hard to play the game after the campaign.. it feels sooo empty.. with Elise not being in that world :(
Joel Delaney yep i lost motivation tu play it ,it simply isnt same anymore without elise
Ikr i felt the same way but i am getting over elise right now
same, i wish I can see her again in game, even her ghost
Same here, even when I played the Dead Kings dlc, I felt really unmotivated to continue. I felt just lost.
Arno got no brotherhood, no Elise, no family, then what's left for him?
Same. They shouldnt have killed elise's character....she was one of my favorite characters in the game :(((
This game really hit me so hard when elise was dead , i didnt cried but its more hurt than crying :(
Same. My heart is hurting I loved The love dynamic between Elise and Arno. I was on the verge of crying. Damn you Ubisoft!
Imagine Arno failing that Leap of Faith at the end.
It would still be a sorry. Like a suicide. More like Romeo and Juliet
He pretty much would’ve committed suicide at the end of the game
Atleast he could see Elise again... Im sorry if i just ruined everything
@@lowspecre no, no you didn't.
Niko that’s true
that last letter which was titled "The Price" touched my heart so deeply. Specifically sounding of Elise at the end of it... She didn't deserved that
Her voice at the end made my heart break literally
awesome video just finished the main story mode and i have to admit this was the saddist ending in any game i play and i play loads of games with main deaths but she touched my heart
Thanks a lot. Yes, this is really one of the saddest ending for the series.. The 2nd in my place would be from Black Flag. It's really touching to see Edward sailing into the wide open sea with his daughter.
yep

I've been crying non-stop ever since Elisé died. Why Ubisoft?!! Why???
Saddest not saddist
I wish it was a happy ending but not.
No not when men like you left in charge
@I Control My Fate Achilles in AC3 said that lol
What about one Templar shay chormach he has a happy ending of getting justice to killing assassin's
It is assassin’s creed...they all have to suffer from losing some one importance...altair...his wife...ezio...father and brother and lately his love...connor...his mother, his friend and his father, ....edward... losing his ex wife and his partner..., and so on
@I Control My Fate that man is a looser and stupid
Aw man they had the best Love Story in AC. Elise was fine af, charismatic, strong, and smart. This game will forever have a special place in my heart ever since I saw that Crisp Trailer.
She also shot a guy in the jaw but remember kids, don't stick it in crazy.
Those trailers were amazing. Some of the best I've ever seen. It's a shame that the game didn't quite live up to it. Revolutionary France was such a great setting too.
This may sound crazy but she can still comeback if they use the shroud and create a clone body just like they are doing with restoring Juno.
Ezio and Christina had most touching and saddest ending i literally cried when i finished those memories...
Because kissing the air between you and your couple is so pleasant.
Indeed
Armo knew the cost of Elise's obsession with vengeance. He knew her fixation with killing the man responsible for her father's death would be the end of her. 3:12 mmmmmmm let me smell dem flowers
Lol 😂
I really hope elise wasn't going to die
Most of everyone saw it from the start she was either going to ride into the sunset or she was going to die, it was easy to get from the get go
that kiss was a total fail
they didn't even.....I meant....they were chewing AIR...*facepalm*
+1
Yeah
Sad
😭
4:52 *untouchable kiss*
That “you cheated” part was Elise kissing the air in front of Arno’s eyes
Of the females of Assassin's Creed, Elise is my favourite.
I was teary eyed listening to the letters from Elise especially the last two I literally almost cried over a video game romance granted it was a well written romance so yeah I’ll give it that

I love the speech.
It's all Germain's fault
It's actually her fault she tried fighting him herself but arno said you cant do it alone
Whos Zambie right
Its not his faulth its his goal theres a difference
Roses are red
And
Roses are Violet
Why dont we make some game that a copy to this but we remastered it to a good ending
*sniff sniff* *Tear fall down cheek*
Elise was so consumed by revenge I knew she would die
Im a fan of each AC game in series, this is perfect!!!! You really touch me!!!!
I had hoped that both would survive, hence the name Unity would have fit better. Also, a potential Templar - Assassin Alliance here would also have been nice to see. Ah, a man can dream :)
So thoughtful of you to visit that mansion along with the recordings of Elise's letters.
WTF HIS LIPS DIDNT EVEN TOUCH ELISES LIPS XD!
Ngl its probs hard to animate a kiss
@@ytb2705
Ac unity has the best kisses, that's a error
1:01 even this woman is crying
i felt so empty inside after finishing the game, i was emotionally invested into the narrative lol
me too, me too. They deserved better
Me2
This was amazing... *crying like a baby*
Elise was something that Arno could be, he just chosen different path. I knew she will die after I aknowledged her Drive to put Germain down, and hell that wasnt worth for her
Yeah it couldn't be a happy ending she was a templer an he a assassin but still a very sad ending.
Think about it tho Elise’s father and the grandmaster assassin were working on a peace agreement
Man, this i great!!!! You really touch my heart!! Im a fan of AC series!!!! Keep going!!!!
+Behind the Soul Hey! Great to know you liked it! Thanks for the kind words, I do hope I could do more of these in the future. Cheers!
+Gaming with Liam where is the location on the map?
It showed a legit kiss on my console
I'm crying right now
Destiny Feistenauer 😢
I lost all motivation to play after the campaign. France is big but its feel so empty right now.

I finished the story 2 weeks ago and honestly I didn’t expect that ending !
I love so much this couple. ❤ I don't accept that Elise died. 😔
They really need to change the ending and let them unite, such a sad ending, make it a happy one for once
Thanks, just scrolled through my feed on youtube, i just began playing the game a few days ago and its already spoiled...
You guy don’t understand how much I love Elise as a character..... if only there was a girl like her in real life.
Elise Death Depressed Me For 2 Days
I want that ubisoft should launch a new part of assassins creed in which elise should return
Dolly Kaushal she returns in dead kings dlc
Vic Boss ye ah she does whatch some gameplau of dead kings dlc
YESSSS
Then who the hell is in the ground?
It is not elise in dead kings. That is a ghost
I just plotted the game yesterday, and i have to say it wasn't only the best assassins creed game I've ever played ( I've played many almost all of them) but it was one the best games that I've EVER played
The Assassins get the coolest hideouts.
Rembrandt van Rijn eeey Rembrandt hoe gaat het
i cried alot💔
Imagine if that wagon was actually filled with glass bottles and the hay was just a thin layer. Rip arno.
I cried…I’m willing to admit that
I wish that at the end there could have been an alternative storyline, which would have the happy/a happier ending (at least for Élise and Arno)
4:52 *FRIENDZONE* 100
:'(
ELISE! NO!!
Her death wasn’t that sad
Arthur Morgan’s death was sadder then hers
Different sagas
But it was sadder than Cristina's
DUUUUUTTCCHHHH
True, but Élise was the first female supporting character. Her death was pure shock value
X3i when Dutch backed away from dying Arthur you could tell he was having regrets
O ya
Is her fault cause arno warned her that she cannot kill Germain alone if only she Wait arno to stand up then she could be still alive and married arno and live a happy life.
I really hope that somehow every main character in assassins creed gets a happy ending, even if its too late for altaire
*"I feel like I've lost her even tho it's not real'*
That was FAKE dying... Elise is still ALIVE😎
hey man thank you for making a video about one of the most tragic parts of the assassins creed series i was hoping that we could play together sometime
Nobody:
Me : it’s time for the French fryes yes baby!!!
Beautiful tribute to the adorable, unforgettable pair
ArnoxElise forever ❤❤❤❤
O no, the smol bean is lonely now.
"I will always remain yours" is so sad💔
I never thought I would like a Templar as much as I liked Elise as a character.
This games graphics are so underrated. I honestly believe they’re the best of the entire series. Even better than Valhalla honestly
The game feels empty when she dies
JUST FUCKING SYNCHRONISE!!!
I.....I......am not crying....
That was an awesome video! The ending of this game had me devvo!
I like to imagine Arno used a Piece of Eden to bring her back or something, or they get to meet each other again in the afterlife or in another life.

"My Love... In my restless dreams, I see that town. Silent Hill. You promised me you'd take me there again someday."
oh wait, sorry... wrong game
oh that walk
That broken my heart
If i was him then i would've cried like a baby..
I wanted her to live. But even if she did, she and Arno couldn’t truly be together. They probably never have a place to call home. But.... she would still be by his side. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
DAMN YOU GERMAIN DAMN YOU!!!!!!!!!!
After years of this game im still sad
I completed the game ages ago when the sword of eden had its powers
Dude in Chandigarh, India it's winter season, now days date is 27 December 2013.
It’s sad that Elise died
Wish they would make an alternate ending
Unity give me heartbreak i never play again after main campaign
Truelove but no emotions for the assassin's.
I just finished the game yesterday, man she didn't deserve to die, I thought i could save her in the temple but it was obvious she would die. I don't plan to play the game after her death but i will check on her grave sometimes
I cried when see died 😭😭😭
False Kiss😂😂😂😂😂. Great work!💪👍
AC 3 and AC BF and Unity are the saddest endings i ever met.
In *AC3* your teacher Achilles died of old age.
You killed your own father..
Your mother burned to death..
In *AC4* you met friends at the start but..
At the end most of them are dead..
And ofc *Unity* the death of Elise
Great kiss
I liked his tributes, 😍😍😍
No imagine one of the templar shoots him
That fuckin kiss tho.
Τhey should not end like this!😭😭😭😭😭😭💔💔💔💔
The assassins siding do anything and the Templar’s could care less about Elise.
Arno Dorian is lit
I hope Ac released a new dlc about elise return :(
It's either this or the moment between Connor and Charles lee
Lol that kissing scene without their lips touching
This was sad as anything
Arno and Elise deserved so much more
😢Why ubisoft why
Was this the ending?
Hi, In Chandigarh, India, there is nothing like this, it's just winter and hot chocolate milk to drink sometimes.
Why can’t assassins creed games now a days be like this
