I actually did it! What a beautiful lace. I just love this tutorial. It was so clear and her voice was so calming. She was so good at showing you each stitch and what she was doing. I have a hard time trying to read patterns ( I have short term brain damage from chemotherapy so I don't catch onto things easily) so this video was extremely helpful. ..I had to watch part 2 over and over till I finished but it looks so good. Thank you for making these videos as it helps people like me so much.
Have been working on my first strip of lace. I was at work and my friends gave me a great idea of how to build it into a bed spread. One lace , one darker straight strip...one lace and one darker straight strip and so on. It would take a while but this is so beautiful. I like the round one too. My first strip is only half the length I want so far but a little at a time will win the race...lol. Thank you.

I am making a curtain for my kitchen window with joined vertical strips of this lace. It will take a while, but I have the pattern memorized now, so working will be faster. This lace is so pretty!
Love this pattern .I made a scarf out of it.....Your voice is very soothing when learning this pattern...Thank you so much...I would love to see more patters from you...
Well thank you so very much, I used a 3mm hook & 4 ply wool, the result was the pattern is a little bulky & tends to curl.. Funny as I was thinking this would still make a great belt & then after read your information / instructions there is was written good for belts.. What a well done clip I have to say you are very clear & easy to follow. Been crocheting for years but always had problems following instructions for new patterns, this evening I feel so empowered after watching & doing.. Very happy follower back here, many thanks keep up the get clip :)) If you have written instructions that would be great, as I would like to keep on a file :)
For your kindness to share and your patience to teach us, I thank U so much. I followed your tutorial and it came out lovely, this pattern will be another one for my collection . Blessings to U and your family. 🌻🌼🌹💐🌺🥀
I did make the Barefoot sandals. They turned out so pretty. So then I made a smaller pair leaving off the last row, they too turned out great lots of fun. Thank you for your patterns. Next, I am going to do the Double-sided Flat Leaf, I think they will make a smart pair of sandals with a beaded embelesment#35.
These videos were awesome! My first attempt was actually pretty decent. The yarn and hook I worked with were a little bigger than the ones you used but it's just practice so it doesn't really matter. Thank you so much!!!!!!!

Lovely pattern! I dare say if I slowed it down by half I might be able to do it... it is, essentially, quite straight-forward - just a lo to take in! 🤓👍
Thank You so very much for this beautiful pattern! I will use this for the edging on the bodice of a dress I am crocheting for my daughter's wedding this July. It is just what I was looking for :)
sou brasileira ..nao entendo nada do que diz...mas consigo fazer seus trabalhos que por sinal ficam muito bonitos...obrigada por compartilhar...sao todos lindos...
Thank you , beautiful video well explained and easy to follow .. .. an interesting lace ❣️ for me learning by visual is how I learnt so still never can understand the written instructions, so I was glued to both the videos part 1and Part 2 . . Have saved then to do at some later time 😊 thanks again 🙏
Thank you very much, you make it so easy , I have made it with you and it became so nice😍👍 also I want to thank you for English explanation so I can follow you 💝the doily and the flower on my account is of my hand made , I hope you like it😉
I too would like a part 3 video. I need to know how to connect the end with the beginning. I would love to use it as a collar on a top. Thank you in advance.
thank you Sheru Knitting. I am using some of these designs for a charity art project I am working on, so I will be sure to give credit to your website for these great designs and easy to follow directions. (I am covering a mannequin with crochet motifs and designs)
Absolutely love this tutorial. Have made this lace and turned it into a bookmark. Thank you so much for your well explained instructions. Are you going to do anymore flat lace tutorials?
This is a wonderful tutorial, but could you go a bit slower for those of us who are not able to crochet as fast? Other than having to pause this to catch up, I loved it. The directions are so clear and the camera work shows what is being done so clearly.
Just a question that came to my mind , and that it for every one . what kinna projects would you do with these gorgeous laces made out of crochet ? Thanks
Is there a good way to join strips of tape lace? I would like to make a curtain from a pattern like this, but can't figure out an attractive way to join them.
This tape lace isn't really motifs, though. There are no corners. I'm glad to have seen your method of joining motifs, but I don't think it would work with this lace tape, since the top and bottom of the tape are not symmetrical. Any ideas?
Could you make all of the strips then rotate them opposite each other and then attach? Just a thought, I haven't tried to make these so I don't know how that would look. But an example would be using arrows put the sharp tip end against the feather end and vice versa as you go adjusting the position to line up.

Hello Elena, do you have a lace tape or would you consider making one that can be used for as lace collar? Thanks, Alicia
Thanks for the idea!
Just a question that came to my mind , and that it for every one . what kinna projects would you do with these gorgeous laces made out of crochet ? Thanks
If you use a bigger hook, you can make this as a scarf, just add another row of DC all around as a "frame" when you finished the lace.
You can use it as a bracelet, necklace, or a belt. Thanks for watching!
Hi! I love this! Do you have a stitch or tape that looks like the arches from morroco? Like you see on the lotus flower beach towels?
Plz teach how to join laces to make little shrug or cardigan request
Is there a good way to join strips of tape lace? I would like to make a curtain from a pattern like this, but can't figure out an attractive way to join them.
The way of join motif you can see here sheruknitting.com/tutorials/crochet-motifs-and-motif-joining.html
This tape lace isn't really motifs, though. There are no corners. I'm glad to have seen your method of joining motifs, but I don't think it would work with this lace tape, since the top and bottom of the tape are not symmetrical. Any ideas?
