HI, MY NAME IS XAVIER AND I WAS ASSOCIATED WITH CMC VELLORE FROM THE PERIOD 2016 TO 2023.. THE FINAL TWO YEARS I WAS ASSOCIATED WITH THE EYE CLINIC SERVICES IN JAMANAMARTHUR WHICH IS THE BIGGEST AREA IN JAWADHI HILLS.. SUCH WONDERFUL, INNNOCENT NAIVE POEPLE TO WORK AROUND... THE ONLY THING THAT CAN ACTUALLY TRANSFORM THE AREA IS GOOD ROADS ..FROM CMC VELLORE TILL VEERAPANOOR NOTHING ELSE IS REQUIRED .. GOOD ROADS WOULD START A CHAIN REACTION...

Hi Xavier, I have done this journey a few times and recognise the difficulties with the roads. Whilst the roads fall outside of CMC's jurisdiction, they have recently purchased some land in order to build new facilities there. They plan to build residential facilities for staff (to limit time spent travelling to and from the area), a maternity unit and emergency care facilities to try to bring down the maternal and infant mortality rates caused due to the remote location and inability to access hospital care quickly. We are grateful for all our supporters who have contributed to this, and can still receive donations for this project.
