WhatsApp backups are stored in Google Drive, but they’re kept in a hidden section specifically reserved for WhatsApp, so they don’t appear in your main Google Drive folder. However, you can still manage them: Go to Google Drive's storage settings. Scroll down to "Manage Apps." Look for "WhatsApp" in the list of apps. This section shows the backup storage space WhatsApp uses, but you won't be able to access or download the backup directly. If you need to restore your WhatsApp backup, do it within the WhatsApp app by signing in with the same phone number and Google account that you used to create the backup.
I do backup like you said but it doesn't show in my Google account therefore I can't restore. Any suggestions? Thanks.
