Thanks, Queen. Yes, Ethiopians accepted Christianity before Europe, and Islam before the middle East, and live in harmony.... Ethiopia has more than 2,000 years of written and documented history by her own Alphabet and language.
You're a sweetheart. The Ethiopian government should grant you a citizenship. You advocate more about Ethiopia 🇪🇹 than Ethiopians. The best thing i admire about you is that there are so many negative things too and for you to overcome those yet reflecting the good deeds, that's huge.we Ethiopians,we love you.,❤️
Erecha is not Ethiopian celebration. It’s a backwards believe not even all Oromo celebrate it. It’s been brought to Addis by force of the Abiy‘s Government .
ireecha is an Ethiopian Oromo celebration and oromos celebrate it in Addis Ababa because they belong here. Don't be a hater and mind your own business. it is the other celebration that came by force. Oromos celebrating their holiday in oromia is normal.
Before Orthodox Christianity , Habesha were worshipping paganism the moon, and stones. Oromo people were worshipping The One God of the Universe and Creator, Waaqa, who we now know is the same God in the Abrahamic faiths. Meskel itself came from Waaqeffanna faith, it’s an ancient holiday Ayyana Goobe, where Oromo people would create the wooden pillars in the form of a tree and burn it, it symbolizes removing bad spirits and cleansing them into a New Year. They would then pray to Waaqa and thank them for health, sustenance, life and ask for protection and mercy. When Abysinnia was attempting to conquer Oromo people they set up a garrison town and would bring missionaries there. One of the tactics used to conquer / assimilate was by incorporating holidays and celebrating them together. Today, Ethiopian Orthodox has created a religious reason for why Meskel is celebrated, but the holiday of coming together and burning the wood was already in Waaqeffanna faith prior to any introducing of Orthodox faith. There is also a reason you won’t see this holiday tradition anywhere else. It comes specifically from traditions of the people in Oromia. In order to stifle and erase Oromo history and identity, we could not celebrate our own holidays in our own land. Today we can and you’re burning in jealousy. You call us “backwards” but you do not understand your own history and hate the people whose ancestors loved God while you worshiped inanimate objects. That is also why we pray for God to protect us from evil eye. Jealousy is a sickness. Thank God , the evil jealousy cannot harm a beautiful people and we continue to grow and thrive, Galatoomi Waaqa Tokkicha❤🌳❤🙌🏽
@@negusofminjar8290 It's not worshipping day Actually it's Thanksgiving Day of Oromo people, annual holiday wich Oromia people celebrating the harvest and other blessings of the past year. And beside it doesn't concern you you're Komche Komata good for nothing.

Erecha means oromo worship a 🌲🌲🌲🌲 celebration. As a Amharic Jew from A.A
