Just talked to them once again and now they people say that they take charges of Rs 10000 plus gst, only for applying our application. Initially, they told that the process to get MD42 license will take 10-15 days at max and can be even on same day if we apply & follow offline. They seem to be quite busy & aggressive too in their conversation. So, friends pls be aware of all this before giving any hard earned money to them.
You did not paid a single penny to us. So why are you so much bothered. Find some other consultant. Why you are so obsessed about us. We are not interested to do your work. That’s all.

MD-42 is the only license needed to sell by Retail or Wholesale। Please contact your drugs inspector for it

You can sell Medicine and Medical Devices if you have license to sell medicine on form 20/21/20B/21B. If you have license to sell Medical Device MD 42 then you can sell Medical Device only.

No license is needed but you need to register your product on CDSCO. We can do it for you.

Md-42 license is needed for Class B C D medical devices. No license is needed to sell Class A medical devices

Is it compulsory to have a shop on rent for md42? And can you sell latex gloves by taking md42
If gloves are non sterile then they are exempt from the license. Yes you shall have a shop be it your own or rented.
You need a shop. It can be on rent or it can be your own. Without any shop license MD 43 can not be granted
Can we issue bill / invoice for Class A & Class B Medical devices till we apply Form 41,42
Try to help me reply. Government said you need to take MD 42 to buy it Sell Medical Device but did not open any option on its CDSCO portal to apply. How can you apply license when there is no where to apply. So we can sell and if Govt says why you are selling then we tell them that our business shall not suffer if you are not activating site for applying it. Decide yourself.
You can issue bill after grant of MD 42

There is no restriction on export of Medical Device. Anyone having sale license or Mfg License can export.

which challan State or central If it’s central Govt challan then on Cdsco medical device portal click Menu on left side and there you will find challan details . For state there are various statewide treasury’s like egras Haryana etc

Currently we are add new 3 classA products on the same but here generate new file No.

Dont contact these people as they never respond to your queries. I contacted them about 1 week before and was ready to give them their demanded payment also but still they did not done anything towards our application. So, its just a time wastage as they dont take interest in any small applications.
