My 1988 XLT Lariat had that same spare tire setup right from factory. Didn't see too many of 'em in that era, that's for sure. Beautiful truck!

nobody would waste their time and money on a 80's Ford pickup truck but you did ..and look at how beautiful that truck is never thought I would want that vintage of a Ford pickup but that looks real good man
Why wouldn't you think to want it? These bull nose trucks look 10x better than the next gen 90's truck in my opinion. Of all Ford trucks, the 80-86 gen 7's are my favorite.

I'm not a Chevy guy that's why I'm looking at this, so tired of that line. Great styling 80 to 86. It's too bad the Rangers from that era didn't use a similar nose to the F series.

Wrong, 86 460 was full mechanical carb,87 460 had an electric carb which was the last carburated ford engine. I still have my 86 f350.

Really don’t understand why car manufacturers offer chrome options on pick up trucks all the trim is plastic chrome covered or however, they make plastic chrome bunch of ridiculous crap all falls off in about five years. If you don’t take care of it what’s the point of offering chrome trim packages
