There are no words to express how outrageous $1.1+ million dollars is for this home. Not even a refrigerator? Doesn't matter that it is in The Fields in Frisco. I am building a new home in Ft. Worth, right over 2 thousand sq. ft. on same size lot with a higher end finish out for $500,000.00 I initially thought that was crazy, but I obviously got a bargain on mine after seeing this. When the market corrects and the prices start crashing the folks in this community are going to be so under water it will be a disaster. Better them than me. I will drive to shopping and dining and save the $600K thank you very much.

a 2/1 Buy down means that the 1st year of the mortgage with have an interest rate that is 2% lower than todays current rate. The 2nd year is 1% below today's rate and then year 3-30 are based on the rate today that you lock in... For example is the interest rate today is 7%... Yr 1 will be 5%, Yr 2 will be 6% and then yr 3-30 will be 7%... Hope that helps. Some builders are offering rates as low as 3.99% for 1 year and then it goes up to the normal rate.
Like it or not the home is priced accordingly for this neighborhood… If a buyer wants to live in the Fields they should expect to pay $1m - $2.5m. If they want to be in the Preserve (gated section) $5m -$20m
Hey Alex I know you're trying to reach a specific audience but you're attracting "regular people!" You just so happen to be trapped in our algorithm where there's alot of other realtors that showcase affordable homes in the north dallas region. There are tons of affordability all over but we notice that you're seeking the heavy hitter model homes. If you want to reach those high end investors or wealthy cultural groups you might want to stick to cold calling. They don't really check on TH-cam for education and insight like we do. They already have areas in mind and come ready to buy what they want. Basically I'm saying your videos don't necessarily appeal to the common folks so don't take our comments to heart sir. Just a heads up!

Basic finishes, sub par square Footage, tiny lot, missing appliances, what in the world are you paying 1 mil for??? I lived in Dallas for a year and am well aware of Frisco. It’s sad the amount of robbery is being done to consumers. If you’re going to charge 1 mil for a home, give a 1 mill worthy home.
Frisco has experienced tremendous growth over the last 10 years and is no longer a “Dallas Suburb”… Frisco is quickly become its own main hub. I know $1m sounds like a lot of money however the Fields Community is the top community in DFW. Buyers are willing to pay $900k+++ for 40 foot lots in the Fields. This is a lifestyle community. You can pick another neighborhood and save 10-15%. My job is to Educate buyers on the difference areas so they can determine where they want to live, who they want to build with.
