Man, this is me asking for the third time. Will you be showcasing affordable homes for retail buyers or is it always just unaffordable luxury houses?
I already responded to your last comment... I showcase new construction homes in the North Dallas suburbs of Plano, Frisco, Prosper, Celina, and McKinney. New Construction prices start around $700K in this area. A vast majority (80-90%) of the New Construction Homes are priced above $800K with many communities starting at $900K to $1mm... I wish there were more affordable options for New Construction in these areas but there is not. If there were I would be featuring them.
If you are looking in the $400K to $600K range for new construction homes you will have expand your search by at least 20-30 miles. I recommend looking in Denton, Melissa, Anna, Princeton, Farmersville, or further west like Fort Worth.

That's the most useless media room bc it's so narrow
