Mr. Danny, is there ever a time it makes sense to make a new laundrymat when you live across the street from a hospital, across from a new condo building&a around a couple of collages. Please advise,or is it best to look at another location. I live in Dearborn, Michigan currently.
Usually answer is so but it’s extremely city dependent. Some city’s charge u per tap or some will just charge u for the water meter.

People sell laundromats that is profitable. Avg 200K a month net. Reasons:
1. Retiring
2. Worried about the interest rates going up & unable to take risk
3. Good good money and decided to sell

What is your industry? His message is based on taking over leases so if your business is heavily dependent on a lease then there is good info here

3 phase electric is necessary? When looking at equipment specs most brands say they can run on either 1 or 3 phase. Any insight you can provide is greatly appreciated.
