Hiya.. we're down Murwillumbah. Been going hard for days, cleaning up. Daughter and wife are going Sydney next week, for big surgery. I'll be at loose end with the young fellah. Heard about this place, and thought about taking him up for some camping, fishing and maybe a little slow speed waking. Any tips bro? Lures, spots to try, camping areas, anything else? Hey mate thanks for watching! Unfortunately the only camp ground is at the dam and only opened over the weekends which makes it hard for people that dont get weekends off. But if you are there over the weekend get in touch with kyogle fishing club they will let you know the details with camping and fishing. Alot of rain has fallen and the dam is dirty and spilling which in my experiences means hard fishing. If the water temp is up it can be a fantastic top water edge dam. Caught bass on everything there to be honest just dont spend to much time on a lure if its not working. I would be hanging out around the front of the dam as alot of fish will sit there waiting to go over the wall. If you are seriously struggling to get a bite finesse fishing with a small plastic seems to get you off a donut. Have fun!

My trip this time has to be postponed, because of lack of reception out there (apparently). My partner needs to be able to reach me. Daughter is having a big spinal procedure. I'll put it on the backburner, until they get back from Sydney, or at least until I know she's through the surgery. Tight lines bro
