If they truly didn’t want to be touched then maybe this isn’t the job for them, part of being a character at any amusement park (not just Disney) is the fact that they must be comfortable with being touched a lot

No it isn't there are also videos of him doing the same with male characters as well as holding their hand but I understand the concern
