0:07 I've been looking at Qe5+, of Ke2 or Kf2, that's a free rook plus check, so Kf3, Rxe3+, Kg4 only move that doesn't hang a rook, Qe2+, blocking, would just be a free rook, so Kh4 and that's as as I've gotten, just out of my sleep. You can Rh3+ to win th- wait.. 😅 can't believe I just now saw this, Qh2# lmao for some reason my sleep deprived brain, imagined a rook sac, would lead to a trade in rooks, but that doesn't lol but it doesn't matter because M1 😂
Oh I didn't even consider Qe5+, Re6, but then Qh3+ then you can Qxe3 then win the rook. If Qh3+ and Qf3, you can trade queens, Rxe3+, then winning another pawn, and winning the endgame.. probably 😂
Then your problem is elsewhere. If you play for ELO make sure you are physically and mentally at your best. Don't play while tilted. Maybe you need general opening or ending knowledge. Maybe you need strategic or positional practice. Play a few quality games and review them yourself. Have a backup account or website for when you feel like you want to just have fun or play drunk or something.
