How soon after exercising should carbohydrates be consumed? After both cardio training or strength training as well?

Everything you said is why I have osteoporosis I developed it in my thirties but my bones have been starving since age 19, now I'm trying to make my bones stronger, do you have any videos on how to strengthen bones?? Not menstruating for 11 years!!!!! I wish somebody would have told me that I needed to do everything I could to get my menstration back
But doctors didn't take it serious so how could I if they didn't? The birth control was a quick fix instead of finding out the root cause
I feel so let down by the healthcare system 😞

Me too! Had anorexia that took quite a hit on my body! 2x disc bulges in my lumbar now and an annular fissure. All from lifting too heavy for my bones to handle because of them not being as strong as they should’ve been at my age…

Hi, I have a question. If my BMI is 22 (160 cm tall and 56 kg) and I I have fat percentage at 25 do I risk going into LEA if I calorie restrict? I have been calorie restriction for about a year eating around 1100-1600 kcl a day while recovering from an injury. Does the remaining fat percentage stop me from going into LEA and at what percentage do I need to stop calorie restricting to avoid LEA?
