The fact that there can be more than one answer makes this more of a guessing game than a thoughtful one.

The fact you can be punished for choosing a correct answer but it's not "the" correct answer is a bad sign.
Yep. Potato is the only one that can be eaten, Cactus is the only block, Nether wart is the only nether one, Seeds are the only thing that when grown, drops items other than itself.
Exactly. These maps are kind of shit tbh. Half of them have misinformation the other half have answers with two right reasons.

Fire charge resources can all be found in the nether, so if a ghast blows up your portal and you don't have flint and steel you have a way back

I always just had the Ghast blast the portal a second time.

If anyone is interested for the leather one:
Spider Eyes and the phantom drop are classified as rare drops, therefore they only have a chance to drop when a player kills them (a player has to hit the mob in a time frame of a few seconds before it dies).
Isn't this false though, witches drop spider eyes without being player killed
@@zaxvert5626 Yes seems like that is true but you could rephrase the answer to "dropped by their appropriate mob when a player kills them". I myself forgot witches drop spider eyes, so maybe the map creator also overlooked that.

Also, number one could’ve been the cactus, because it’s the only one that it a solid block from the start.
It's not a full block, but it IS the only one that grows beyond a single block.

20:10 I used two command blocks under each button. They both check for the difference relative to themselves, but one kills you if the difference is not present while the other opens the last door if it is present. The pressure plate spawnpoints you and then a chain command block uses all the armor stands to remove the difference from all builds before another randomly selects an armor stand to use to spawn a difference. As a result, if you break all the armor stands, the difference stops moving around. And yes, if I wanted to, I could make the difference be in one of the chests, but I decided against it. I wanted there to be as many places for differences to hide as possible (the carpet, chests, grass, ect.) and then have the difference be something unrelated.
And if I really wanted to, I could make the difference cycle between several possible differences within a single build and then just use commands to update the sign at the end.
When Jardon said something about the multiple choice tests it made me remember when my science teacher made a test all A’s. There were about 15-20 questions. Easy to say I failed that test.

This one actually has valid reasons for all of them to be correct. The stick cuz i's not a mob drop (string from spider, feather from chicken, slime from slime), the string is the only one that can be place in the world (aka the reason used), the feather cuz it's the only item that doesn't start with an S (Stick, String, Feather, Slime), and the slime cuz it's not put to use when it comes to bows (Jardonkey's reasoning).

10:30 actually... you technically can open a portal using lava by setting a wood block placed in front of the opening of the nether portal on fire using the lava thus opening the portal

By placing any block that can be burned right next to an empty space in the portal and placing lava next to it. The lava lights the block, and the fire activates the nether portal.

10:24 actually you can lite a nether portal with lava with fire spread on by putting the lava next to the portal where it needs to be lit. Eventually fire from the lava will spread to the obsidian, lighting the portal.

Structure blocks can have a mode where it copies all the data which is entities or items so yes it can copy the items in the chests. I know this because I have tried making a map I didn't give up because it was to hard I just became demotivated. You will be surprised how much you can do in maps. But recently i haven't found anymore good maps and this isn't really how it was about 2 years ago. Do you guys remember asleep and all those cool adventure maps. The people that made these cool projects properly got demotivated or just moved on from map making like me which is sad but that is just how it is. I don't really like this map because it isn't really using the tools that you have to make a good solid map and the design of the place looks bland because they are using just quarts. If you wanted to make a completely white room for an effect use white concrete or use white maps all over the walls to make it look like the matrix. Although it was still a good video. I just found one of my old adventure maps in my sent mail that I abandoned. Omg I just found another abandoned map in my sent mail. Should I start making maps again if anyone is seeing this?
you can use buckets of lava to light nether portals though indirectly. placing the lava on the same level as the bottom obsidian with a piece of wood behind the portal can allow the sparks from the lava to ignite the wood thus activating the portal.
To Map Creator: Lava Can Start A Portal. If It Sets The Side Of A Block On Fire In The Nether Portal It Activates It

For the leather...you can make automatic cow farms that just does it for you, a cow can take fall damage and drop his leather and...meat, or just randomly walk into that lava

The reason you can light a portal with a fire charge is because if you get stuck in the nether without a flint and steel and your portal gets broken you can still get out using a fire charge because all of the ingredients can be gathered in the nether. Gunpowder from ghasts. Blaze powder from blaze rods from blaze and coal from wither skeletons
I was gonna say for the glistering melon, golden carrot and apple that they different was that only some can actually be eaten. I know you can’t eat glistering melon, not sure about golden carrots but either way there would be one odd one out there.

For the stick slime string feather one, stick was the only craftable, feather was the only one dropped by a passive mob, string is the only placeable and slime is the only one that crafts a block so its basically 25% chance educated guess
You can also activate a portal with lava if you have a burnable block or in versions

I actually had a completely different reasoning in the diamond tools one: The axe because it's the only tool that uses a diamond in the middle row of it's crafting recipe.
10:21 technically lava can activate a nether portal. If you have a source block of lava and then a trail of wood (or any burnable block) leading up to the nether portal you can get fire from the wood to light the portal. So technically the map is wrong.

At 9.27 there is also a possability for the feather is is the only item thats drom an animal.
Considering they intentionally made the recipe for fire charges what it is so that a player can obtain the drops whilst in the nether... i'm surprised you didnt know that:
1 x Blaze Powder (Blazes)
1 x Piece of Coal (Wither Skeletons)
1 x Piece of Gunpowder (Ghasts)
It's done so if you're portal gets snuffed out by a Ghast there's a way to still get out even without a flint and steel XD

Except for wither skeleton skulls, all other skulls/ heads can be obtained by blowing the mob up with a charged creeper, which you can make by using the trident.
you get most mob skulls including skeletons by exploding the mob with a charged creeper, wither skeleton skulls are only via looting sword
You can get sticks off witches so it is a mob drop
I always like before I watch because if I took the time to watch the video I would forget and move on, but I've never disliked any video besides the TH-cam rewind :3
