I'm Boone Bake.
Today, I'm going to make a cute vanilla macaron that's smaller and more adorable.
This small, sparkling, jewel-like macaron is dare to be called the highest peak of French confectionery, right?
Macaroons my husband and my son love so much~
I made a small macaron that would fit snugly in a child's small mouth.
When making multiple colors at the same time, it is better to use a more stable Italian meringue than to use a French meringue.
A little customer who wanted to eat the crispy macaron from the oven came secretly.
Don't be surprised by the surprise appearances of my very lovely son.
After sanding the cream, eat it after ripening a day.
That way you will be able to feel my taste.

150 g almond powder
150g sugar powder
57 g egg whites
37 g water
140 g sugar
55 g egg whites
10 g sugar
● Vanilla milk cream
40 g egg yolk
22 g sugar
55 g milk
1/2 vanilla bean
10 g sweetened condensed milk
105 g unsalted butter

The one thing I've always wanted to try making but haven't is Macarons. These look so precious. Now that I have a bag of almond flour I think it's time. Thanks Boone. As for the vanilla milk cream. Do you think it would be okay to use in between layers of sponge? While I don't have vanilla beans I do have vanilla bean paste. I've never seen a filling like this before. Look tasty...

Usually when I make Macarons, I work with Swiss merengue. But after seeing your video I wanted to try it with Italian merengue
For some reason my Macarons ended up being kind of hollow... do you have any tips for me?🙈

Tried this for the 1st time ever... They didn't come out perfect because I put them to close to each other and my oven is hotter than I anticipated..
But even though they didn't have the perfect shape... They tasted way too good to throw away...
