OMG!!! Minutes ago I was about to cry cuz my machine suddenly jammed. I usually can’t fix it myself and have to call someone over to do it. Saw this video and thought, ugh why does it always work in the videos but never in real life?! but still wanted to give it a try. Guys this took 1 second😭God bless you for sharing this. You saved me today. Thank you 🙏.
This video should be top of the youtube list ! far to0 many india language crap not solving this ! all it took was the big bloomin screwdriver and the mystery thread appears ! THANK YOU!
My H2 has had this exact problem 3 times. Today was the first time it didn't take ALL DAY to fix!! It took less than 5 minutes thanks to this video! Literally friends for life. Thank you :)
Thank you very much. For the very first time after using my JAck for 4 years, it has jammed exactly as you have shown in that video, and so I was able to solve the problem with your video:-) Thank you FB Oz man.
Thank you so much for making this video. I was ready to start taking things apart on my machine and then thought "hey, TH-cam is great for tutorials" and it was!
I had the exact problem and later in the day I realized that there maybe a solution on TH-cam… your technique worked immediately! Thank you 🙏🏼 so much.
Definitely works ❤ TH-cam algorithm should put this video as the most suggested one. No words to explain my joy, i thought i need to call the technician to sort this out. Thanks very much . My machine is not this brand but still i tried and it worked magically 😊
Thank you so much! I followed your instruction earlier and my machine now works again :) First I saw the official Jack video regarding Error 8 and it says things like changing the parts etc (sorry I’m not good with machinery so I forget the terms). But I believed that happened to my machine just some threads got stuck in the bobbin basket; which actually was true. Thanks once again! You’re a lifesaver.
I just started my Vevor M2 up for the first time, and this happened right out of the gate. This is my first industrial machine, and it seems way above my pay grade 😬 This fix totally worked ❤ but I'm wondering why it happens in the first place and what can I do to prevent it? Is it possible that the kind of bobbin I'm using may be the culprit? Or the thread weight in relation to my needle size? I'm using tex69 with size 14 needle, which came with the machine. I'm thinking the needle may be a bit small for this thread??
Thank you! I now feelllike an idiot. I spent time under the table having a kid hold a flashlight trying to see if thread was stuck and thinking wasn’t there an easier way to get to the bobbin. Even tilted machine up to make sure the oil was good. Ha! Now I see a much easier way
I have a Juki 8700-H. It was so jammed! I had to take the belt guard off, then loosen the servo motor attachment, then take my belt off to get to the set screw (1 only as it only has 1) on the handwheel, then I had to use some force and BAM it released and guess what? There was in fact a teeny tiny piece of bonded nylon thread that popped up by the needle plate that I had to remove as well.
Are you able to do a video on removing the needle plate? I have the E-08 error, but doing manually turning the wheel has not fixed the error, so I think the thread is wound inside the bobbin mechanism. There's not a video on TH-cam showing the removal of the needle plate, or even details online that I can see of any issues with doing this!
This can be a couple of things. Firstly try only going through one hole on the top guide...not three. The other issue is the main tension unit may need to be set further into the machine so that when you cut off the tension unit opens more to allow more thread to be pulled through allowing a longer tail for the next start.
Ya know how i do it adam, i get a pair of pliers and the bit that cuts i use that to cut the needle then take the bobbin case out and it unjams it hehe
You made this video 3 years ago and it just helped me now. Thank you thank you thank you. It has saved me money I'd have spent on a technician. Wow!
Happy to help and thanks for watching.

Usually to do with trying to sew without a bobbin case in the machine while it is winding a bobbin.

To remove the needle plate, all you need to do is remove the two screws that hold it in place then remove the plate. Hope this helps.
@@ozcommercialsewingmachines Thanks for the reply! I'll have a go!
hello sir, can u explain why my thread keeps running out of the eye after a cut? I have a Jack H5
This can be a couple of things.

Good on you Richy...
Now you know the proper way mate.
@@ozcommercialsewingmachines o.g, ROFLMAO. That's why us American chicks think Aussies are so cool. You tell it the way it really is. 😎
@@CB-hi7mf yes it is a common trait, but Richy is great value....
What is E06
What about error 7 I have a seiko H-2BL-AE-1
I'm sorry but I don't know the error numbers on the SEIKO machines.
My wheel moved back but not forward.
You need to follow the instructions till the piece of thread is broken an out of the assembly.
Industrial ovelocker stuck what. Went rong
