This is for the Hyundai cars which are manufactured and sold in India. 2013 is too old to have connected car tech. Unfortunately, it's a no.

For those who all are trying hard to get your car registered in bluelink, it's pointless now. It won't even send you an email for verification purpose. So just give up on it. Sad but true

You have to transfer ownership. If you haven’t already make a my Hyundai account and then follow the instructions for transferring to ownership

What to do when it shows sales information incomplete while blue link activation?
You need to call your dealer and make sure that backend data i.e. date of delivery & insurance details are entered in the system post that within 24 hours you'll be able to activate bluelink in your car
