My wife and I were together for over 50 years (4 years dating, 46 years married). She made her journey to Heaven on September 18th. During her last day I placed our Alexa on her hospice bed next to her pillow and had it play Josh Groban songs. To Where You Are was one of her favorites, but she loved Josh's voice and his music. I used "To Where You Are" as the song for a music video at her funeral mass. Not a dry eye in the house. I miss her so much. I talked to her every day and believe that she is happy and healthy in Heaven and I will join her some day. She was my wife, my best friend and the best decision I ever made was asking her to marry me.

My mom went with me to see Josh Groban live in concert. She was about 90 at the time. I cried during this song, because I knew she would not be around forever. She turned 100 last June and passed away in October. i still come back to that night at his performance...the song always makes me 😭💔

My wife adored Josh and listened to every word he sang. She died in April of 22 from a sudden heart attack. I grieved her loss until I had a stroke in December. Now I wish she was here to give me hope and her love. I had a painting hung yesterday of when she was 6 years old. I don’t ever want to forget the smile that won my heart. Thank you Josh.

I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my fiance just weeks after he proposed. I'd known him over 40 years and been waiting for a proposal for almost as long. He promised me he would never abandon me. He and God got me through a tough illness, 3 months in the hospital back in 2012, his words brought healing to me. Last October 2022, he collapsed suddenly, dead, no sign of life. I was able to revive him, he was moving and breathing on his own, but unconscious. After paramedics took over, it was all downhill. They wouldn't even let me ride in the ambulance with him, saying I couldn't leave his 93 year old mom alone and I couldn't find anyone to stay with her. I am horrified the cops treated me like this and would not allow me every chance to be there for him like he was for me. I called the ER after the cold hearted cop said the hospital called to say my fiance had died and the cop told me I still couldn't go to the ER and leave the mom. The cops did nothing to help, just bullied me and blocked me with threats. An angel nurse at the ER had some choice words for the cop, saying that he broke the law denying me a ride with my dying fiance and told me to come to the ER and she'd keep him there upstairs until I arrived. Thanks to her, I got to see him one last time. Or was it? That night, his niece started staring at me, mesmerized. She told me that I am an angel. She was staring at me like she saw an angel, but wouldn't explain. The next night, his sister stared at me, called his name. She told me she saw him in my face. Then she ran from me. The next day, a longtime friend of his and mine asked me what happened to my face, why is it so white? I told her my fiance died. I figured she's seeing him too. Instantly, I felt his presence, like a ball of energy going back and forth between me and the lady. I said It's him! She got scared and backed away. As she retreated, she said, "Yeah, I see wavy blonde hair on your head. That describes his hair. Mine is darker with gray. He is still around at times. I believe this song is a gift from him and describes exactly how I feel and think about him. I had never heard the song until after he died. He kept his word. He didn't abandon me. I am listening to this song now because it started playing on my phone all by itself. I've been noticing a lot of coincidences since yesterday, his first birthday since he died. I am convinced he's comforting me. We are not alone. They are with God. God is everywhere, in us, around us. Shortly after my father died in 1976, he came to me in a very real dream and asked me why my mom is crying. I said it's because you're gone. He said "I'm here all along. I'm just in a different realm". I had to look up the meaning of realm. It's not a word I used at the time. I told my mom what he said. I think it helped her. Something that helps me is that everyday I get through, I am one day closer to seeing my fiance and all my other loved ones again and eternity with God because of Jesus' sacrifice on the Cross. He came that we might have life and have it more abundantly. He is close to the broken hearted. He is carrying me. He is carrying you too. Just look to Him. Cast your cares on Him for He cares for you. I am broken hearted but in the midst of the pain I feel the Joy of the Lord that takes the sting out of death. God bless you and comfort you and your loved ones and give you His peace that passes our understanding, and give you the Joy of The Lord to overflowing.

I have loved Josh Groban's songs for a very long time and now this one song has so much more meaning then ever before. I had to drive from my home to Alabama early this week to take care of business in my husbands home town and I have all of Josh Groban's albums on my phone to play in my car. My husband had just turned 65, we had been together for 35 years, he died from Glioblastoma on January 22, 2023, my trip to Alabama was February 27th. This song started to play and I completely lost it behind the wheel and had to pull off of the interstate. The words had the impact of a building falling on me and I sobbed like a child for a couple of hours, I was late for my meeting, WHO CARES. To Where You Are will forever be a song that will reduce me to tears but the words are how I feel and where my heart takes me. I'm so lost without my best friend, my love, my life, my everything. I love this song more every time I hear it.

I went back to my office and Goggled this young man and went out and purchased as many of his CBS I could find. His music has blessed and inspired me. On the contrary, this does not sound crazy. Our pets are very close to our hearts - they tend to leave paw prints on our soul. I had a most splendid cat who followed my everywhere - we had a real connection on some level (human/animal, I don't know which). When Charlie died on Christmas morning, I was blinded by tears of inconsolation - I played the lead melody from CATS over and over until I was almost numb. I could not have kids, my IVF had failed when we brought FooFoo home and she changed our lives for the better. I had 2 beautiful kids completely naturally after her, and I know she was my miracle. Life is barren without her but I look forward to the day uniting with her and that brings me peace.

I bought this album and this song would get me emotional and remain on repeat for no apparent reason because I had not met and fell in love with my husband. When I met him I was too happy to play sad songs. When He passed away I realize that God was preparing me for the worst pain I have ever known. My wife and I were together for over 50 years (4 years dating, 46 years married). She made her journey to Heaven on September 18th. During her last day I placed our Alexa on her hospice bed next to her pillow and had it play Josh Groban songs. To Where You Are was one of her favorites, but she loved Josh's voice and his music. I used "To Where You Are" as the song for a music video at her funeral mass. Not a dry eye in the house. I miss her so much. I talked to her every day and believe that she is happy and healthy in Heaven and I will join her some day. She was my wife, my best friend and the best decision I ever made was asking her to marry me.

I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my fiance just weeks after he proposed. I'd known him over 40 years and been waiting for a proposal for almost as long. He promised me he would never abandon me. He and God got me through a tough illness, 3 months in the hospital back in 2012, his words brought healing to me. Last October 2022, he collapsed suddenly, dead, no sign of life. I was able to revive him, he was moving and breathing on his own, but unconscious. After paramedics took over, it was all downhill. They wouldn't even let me ride in the ambulance with him, saying I couldn't leave his 93 year old mom alone and I couldn't find anyone to stay with her. I am horrified the cops treated me like this and would not allow me every chance to be there for him like he was for me. I called the ER after the cold hearted cop said the hospital called to say my fiance had died and the cop told me I still couldn't go to the ER and leave the mom. The cops did nothing to help, just bullied me and blocked me with threats. An angel nurse at the ER had some choice words for the cop, saying that he broke the law denying me a ride with my dying fiance and told me to come to the ER and she'd keep him there upstairs until I arrived. Thanks to her, I got to see him one last time. Or was it? That night, his niece started staring at me, mesmerized. She told me that I am an angel. She was staring at me like she saw an angel, but wouldn't explain. The next night, his sister stared at me, called his name. She told me she saw him in my face. Then she ran from me. The next day, a longtime friend of his and mine asked me what happened to my face, why is it so white? I told her my fiance died. I figured she's seeing him too. Instantly, I felt his presence, like a ball of energy going back and forth between me and the lady. I said It's him! She got scared and backed away. As she retreated, she said, "Yeah, I see wavy blonde hair on your head. That describes his hair. Mine is darker with gray. He is still around at times. I believe this song is a gift from him and describes exactly how I feel and think about him. I had never heard the song until after he died. He kept his word. He didn't abandon me. I am listening to this song now because it started playing on my phone all by itself. I've been noticing a lot of coincidences since yesterday, his first birthday since he died. I am convinced he's comforting me. We are not alone. They are with God. God is everywhere, in us, around us. Shortly after my father died in 1976, he came to me in a very real dream and asked me why my mom is crying. I said it's because you're gone. He said "I'm here all along. I'm just in a different realm". I had to look up the meaning of realm. It's not a word I used at the time. I told my mom what he said. I think it helped her. Something that helps me is that everyday I get through, I am one day closer to seeing my fiance and all my other loved ones again and eternity with God because of Jesus' sacrifice on the Cross. He came that we might have life and have it more abundantly. He is close to the broken hearted. He is carrying me. He is carrying you too. Just look to Him. Cast your cares on Him for He cares for you. I am broken hearted but in the midst of the pain I feel the Joy of the Lord that takes the sting out of death. God bless you and comfort you and your loved ones and give you His peace that passes our understanding, and give you the Joy of The Lord to overflowing.

I had to drive from my home to Alabama early this week to take care of business in my husbands home town and I have all of Josh Groban's albums on my phone to play in my car. My husband had just turned 65, we had been together for 35 years, he died from Glioblastoma on January 22, 2023, my trip to Alabama was February 27th. This song started to play and I completely lost it behind the wheel and had to pull off of the interstate. The words had the impact of a building falling on me and I sobbed like a child for a couple of hours, I was late for my meeting, WHO CARES. To Where You Are will forever be a song that will reduce me to tears but the words are how I feel and where my heart takes me. I'm so lost without my best friend, my love, my life, my everything. I love this song more every time I hear it.

I remember the first time I heard Josh's music. Walking down a hallway a colleague was playing one of his CDs and his voice stopped me in my tracks and I was immediately in love. I went back to my office and Goggled this young man and went out and purchased as many of his CBS I could find. His music has blessed and inspired me. This particular song helped me through the death of a loved one. Congrats Josh, stay awesome! Keep blessing us with wonderful music.

I know it sounds crazy but I'm bawling my eyes out for my beloved doggo, FooFoo who tragically passed away a week ago. She was 8 and the love of my life. And this song makes so much sense because I can see her running to my arms as I call her name while this song plays. RIP my love, you are so dearly loved and missed.
On the contrary, this does not sound crazy. Our pets are very close to our hearts - they tend to leave paw prints on our soul. I had a most splendid cat who followed my everywhere - we had a real connection on some level (human/animal, I don't know which). When Charlie died on Christmas morning, I was blinded by tears of inconsolation - I played the lead melody from CATS over and over until I was almost numb. I can relate to that real connection thing, because I never felt my dog is a dog - I always felt she was talking to me through her eyes. God bless their souls, and I can see Charlie and Foofoo playing up there in heaven. I keep listening to this song for comfort because it reminds me of how much joy, and love she gave me. I could not have kids, my IVF had failed when we brought FooFoo home and she changed our lives for the better. I had 2 beautiful kids completely naturally after her, and I know she was my miracle. Life is barren without her but I look forward to the day uniting with her and that brings me peace.

December 27, 2018 my husband passed. We had agreed that whoever passed first, that this song would be played at the services. This was a song we listened to often knowing that one day it one be one of us. I missed him terribly but I listen to this song frequently and I received comfort from knowing we will be together again! Thank you for this beautiful song that gives me hope! One day I hope to be able to hear you sing it in concert. The two of us loved and listen to you music often.

I can remember the first time I heard this song - driving home from a school function and it was dark...I was in Bridgeport and this came on the radio...I had never heard of Josh Groban and thought this song had to be from a musical because his type of voice was not one usually heard on the pop radio station...and I drove along with tears flowing...beautiful song.

I bought this album and this song would get me emotional and remain on repeat for no apparent reason because I had not met and fell in love with my husband. When I met him I was too happy to play sad songs. When He passed away I realize that God was preparing me for the worst pain I have ever known.
