@volleydrop This is a general practice session. Occasionally I will shorten all of my reps/runs, and work on new skills. I have been at it a very long time, therefore I know how much time to devote to certain things. These are the moves that I need to have solid for stage. EVerything else is just play time basically.
Anthony! Thank you SO much for these training sessions, these are very very helpful for me, just learning how to do 5 ball tricks! Thank you again Mr. Gatto.
I'm the kind of juggler who is far more concerned with quality rather than quantity. I enjoy the aesthetic qualities of juggling which you sir have plenty of. With that said, I was so happy to see your shower. God Bless you for sending the feeds straight over and not down on its more typical angle. And Thank you for being extra cool, making these extra cool vids.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your practice structure with us, Anthony. This definately gave me a lot of useful information and I will take a deeper look at my own practice now. Since the days I started juggling you always have been a great inspiration for me. I hope you will have a nice time at La Nouba and with your family too of course!
The biggest inspiration here......Anthony Gatto dropped a ball! In all the Gatto videos I've watched I don't think I've seen that before!! I'm going out to practice....
Thanks so much for making these! I eagerly await your future episodes. Although your juggling itself is impressive enough, I am also amazed that you can keep talking through your practice session. I've tried doing that, it isn't easy!
I like the simple and clever verbage you use to describe the juggling tricks/ "siteswaps," it's very refreshing and hilarious to hear it from you :) A linguistic cure for the elitist siteswap vernacular ;)
Great video, thats so different from how i practice. I tend to practice stuff i dont know over and over again. Maybe i shall think it over and try to do a training session of stuff i already know. This video could be really useful for me, thanks! But how do you learn new stuff?
thank you for showing me what I should work on. I have never done a 5 ball 5 up pirouette before, but I will work on it a lot. How may 3 up pirouettes should I do before I start learning the 5 up? thanks again!
good video, it has a lot of nice idea. for me, i'd have to replace all the tricks with siteswaps and the like because i can't do any spins or anything. thanks for the video (Y)
Saw him in Kooza about 11-12 years ago, so good! He drops so rarely, and his patterns are clean on an alien level. A pleasure to watch perform.

I started juggling for the first time this year at age 42, and I am really enjoying these videos. Excellent music in the bonus footage, by the way.

@mikehennelly Half shower. The tempo really doesn't change, it is a good trick to try after learning the cascade.

never say never again! It would be awesome to see you at Las Vegas!!!
I do 478 show a year. The last thing I want to do in my free time is juggle. I respect the competitions, but my competing days ended many years ago.
11 years later, do you juggle any amount whatsoever?
Thanks for this. Appreciate it.
