    @JoelTGM Thos are some fundamental patterns. What I hope you all do is to adjust with your own moves or these if you like. The purpose of this video was to give you an example of structure. As I mentioned, many people ask me how to practice, there is no one answer for this, but there are some great videos to give you ideas... like this one!

    Humm! These are a few of the things I'm striving for in my advanced age to set a standard no human will ever match. Great to see mastery!

    Thank you, Anthony: I'm from Italy and I get a solid 5 ball technique training with this. I also learn how to structure training session based on your example.. this help my juggling going on.
    You are the best ;)

    Warming up the neck is underrated, especially when juggling higher numbers, balancing or head bouncing where you're looking almost straight up for a large proportion of the time.

    Great video, thanks for posting! Warming up is key, I tried juggling in Downtown Disney (a very chilly night!) after the La Nouba show last night and my 5 ball cascade felt as stiff as a board :) Glad to have these tips!

    Thanks, this gave me some ideas. Are you always just practising one prop/practice, or how do you structure your pratices with different props?

    @ator1a1m Thank you for this.
    I felt really happy when I noticed that you recommend a lot of things that I normally do in my trainings.

    Anthony..do you have any videos out on technique? I am a 5 ball juggler...was working on 6 and have 3-4 clubs and was working on 5 clubs. I would be interested in learning proper techniques...body position, shoulders, arched back etc. Is it true that your 5 ball pattern will be more solid if you arch your back a little? I tried it, and seemed to help a little.
