That price is ridiculous. It’s nice but it’s not that nice.
2bd and 1ba does not equal the price in any way

You best have lots of money before you buy this because the average jobs there pay 10.00 a hour. It’s a beautiful area but not substantial by any means. It’s a college town. Insane !
I am sorry but it’s just way to much money and you were asking 469 thousand dollars WOW most people are wanting to lower their living expenses for your price and others are asking even higher amount than you for smaller homes but Tennessee is no doubt probably the most beautiful state in the eastern Appalachian mountains but I think you need to make tiny homes for the price that most can afford to pay you obviously don’t have to ask as much as you are or you wouldn’t be lowering it all the way to 100 thousand less than you asked at first I see celebrities lowering theirs from 150 million down to 30 million people are not spending money like that anymore not as many anyway you have a stunningly gorgeous home and scenery I know that and everyone else knows that we don’t have that kind of money sorry 💐🌸🌺🌷🌼 I wish you the best I really do !🥰🌹🌺🪴🌱🌳🌴🌲🎋
It's the labor cost and materials and the inspection and insurance are quite costly
@@suzanneforasiepi3942 oh I am not saying that you don’t deserve that price it’s so magnificent and scenery is gorgeous I am saying that for a two bedroom and one a loft you can’t stand up in that even if you paid that much most people don’t want to go that high for a tiny house no matter but especially now it’s like nothing is secure and dependable your job especially things change and I think tiny houses are slowing down so I think it’s just best to not make it so elaborate that you can’t get your price or profit enough the cheaper price you at least don’t have to drop I don’t word things the way I want them to mean so if I offended you I didn’t mean to but you see I text a lot anyway so I don’t say as much sometimes and I upset people 🥰🙏🤔😊😀😄
