Great interview. Im black. Did 15 yrs 21-36 ... 92-2007. Med. High. Then FCI And camp twice... not ashamed to say I'm glad I wasn't at the penitentiary. I got an associate degree. Brick masonry, worked in the business office for 10 years in the procurement division. Home for 14 yrs. Own my own business, own 2 houses new construction. Wife retired last year. I got it good and don't take it for granted. My dc homies called me a nerd and all that. Just jealous. I did a relatively easy bit. Just 1 incident that wasn't my issue. But you can't let other idiots make a life decision for you. Some dudes don't have anything to go home to. Worrying about getting high in jail, homo stuff. Controlling the TV. I played all sports and was considered elite player on the pound. That was my escape. miserable people in jail that don't want to grow up or change

Thanks Chad! Bruce was my cousin and this answered a lot of my questions! I assumed he died from violence but we just didn’t know. This means so much. I'm Bruce's cousin too. We spent our early teens together. He left Mississippi for Ohio with his mom, my aunt. Bruce was one of the toughest guys that I ever knew. He had a hard early life. His real mom gave him away to my aunt when he was 10 because she didn't want the responsibility for him and we wanted him to be a part of our family. I think about him often and I hate that he went out that way. He didn't have much of a chance at a normal life. He was too real for society.

I say this… You have done countless of the interviews with gangsters, shot callers, Og’s such as people like Dc Fly but I tell you this. Missouri mike interview was 💯 dude spoke from the heart and what a humble man he is. I felt everything is was talking about. Some people get on these podcast and just be talking or even make you question the shit they be talking about or even fast forward some of the interview. Missouri Mike by far is one the best interview I done saw. He made you feel that shit wasn’t know sugarcoating he kept 1000 from the heart. So shout out to Missouri Mike solid individual right there. Like you said he in the driver seat right now and he driving the shit out of the car now with life and his family and working eating good and living. His interview is book material and a lot of these youngin’s need to hear his story before they make that wrong decision. I let my teenage son and friends hear this and interview and the look on they face said it all. I appreciate your interviews from the 502 Louisville ky 💯💯

It’s definitely “real and raw” when a man can be honest and expose their insecurities and times they might’ve been in fear or just how one didn’t agree with the violence.
