Not sure if you're looking for suggestions, but in terms of decent game-related videos, might I recommend Matthewmatosis. His posting is infrequent, but I've never been disappointed by his content.
As someone who has never watched any of Satch's videos, the production value makes it seem professionally done and thoroughly thought out. Enjoyable to watch.
***** Errant Signal, Extra Credits, TotalBiscuit, Super Bunnyhop, Ahoy, Al Russell and as Alabaster mentioned Matthewmatosis, there are a lot of TH-camrs who put effort into only releasing quality content instead of rushing out a 10 minute LP video every day. It just takes them more then only doing those quality videos to actually keep going that way.

Shouldn't the title have been "Mario 64 vs. Mega Man X7" or, "Mario World vs. Mega Man X and the Introduction of the Z-axis" ? I feel like the main point of this was how Mario adapted better in to 3D than Mega Man, but at the same time there were so many other points, such as the games' narratives, that I'm overall confused as to what this video was about. You start out by saying that this would be about the change of the games with the introduction of the Z axis, so I would think you'd focus more on that point, but instead it's a lot of other points that don't seem to relate to your thesis. There isn't a need to talk about the narrative or production history of the two games when the thesis is about the 3D aspect. You have a full minute talking about super heroes, which is a part of the several minutes you talk about Zero's history and the power-fantasy narrative of Mega Man X. Not that what you said here was bad per se, but it felt very out of place in a video that was supposed to be about the change between 2D to 3D in platformers. Overall, you have good production values as always, but you should focus more on supporting your thesis statement rather than going off in to tangent points, which could very well be their own videos.
I love this channel. You take such a serious and analytical approach to video games, and it is great to see someone invest so much time into what is essentially the most underrated yet most intimate and ultimate form of interactive media. I really liked this video, and I would definitely look forward to seeing more in the future!
Dang Satch. You made some really interesting points. Being someone who grew up with Megaman being my favorite video game mascot, it's really awesome to hear someone with more knowledge about the series and gaming itself talk about why the series saw the unfortunate decline it suffered. While I really wanted to see the video because you discussed both Mario 64 and Megaman X, it was great to see you connect the two together in a way I had never conceived. Great work! Your videos are truly something else and you definitely have my support in the years to come
My last point to mention is how Mega Man can manifest in forms other than the "precision platformer". Mega Man Battle Network, to me, proves that MM's signature and smart enemy-based challenges don't even require a jump button, and that "obtain powers from enemies and use them to adapt your strategy" can be implemented differently.
But can't most any IP manifest in different genres, if given enough creative thought and passion? I mean I love Battle Network and Starforce, but other IPs can also jump genres; Mario with his JRPGS or Kart racers, Pokemon and it's Mystery Dungeon and Ranger series, or Final Fantasy and it's fighting game Dissidia. So what are you getting at? Also just to mention your comment seems to be butchered, only your "last point" is visible.
Chad Connelly I never said other franchises couldn't do that. But before finishing this thought, I'd like to point out "jumping genres" is meaningless if there's no real connection to what made a series good. Mario Kart has no relation to Mario, the Mario brand was just easier to sell. The Mario & Luigi RPGs on the other hand are kinda like "turn-based platformers", so they work better in my eyes. What I meant by "my last point" is that this was the last comment I had in mind to make on this video. (It's separate from the other two I posted, and I'm sorry that wasn't clear.) Specifically, this point is a reply to when Satchel seemingly dismisses the possibility of Mega Man entering 3D or doing something else while keeping its essence.
You are an ambitious man who spares nothing in the hopes of making relevant commentary on the interactive medium. Discussions like this are valuable, they're rare, and they're beautiful. And I love you.
When I clicked on this video I did not think I would watch the entire thing. As I watched I became more...Intrigued. Then I ended up watching to the very end. It did make me really think about seemingly 2 different games in the 2D world were almost the same in mechanics, but can be VERY different in the 3D World. Keep Up The Good Work Satchel!
Fuck, man. Your videos, particularly this one, are some of the most aesthetically please and most "attention-to-detail" driven I've seen. I very much look forward to the next one, and keep up the fantastic stuff dude.
I would like to add that all the points that Satch said were lost in the Mario 2d to 3d transition, are the ones the developers try to recover in newer 3D titles (mainly Mario 3D World and Land). The fixed camera and short and inventive level design allowing elastic physics and controlled twitch challenges while more than ever investing in new power-ups and interesting use of signature enemies and staples (and lessening the need for exploration and non-linearity). Because of that I would say that Mario 64 is not a successful transition of a 2D franchise to 3D, since it didn't managed to remain the 'same' game, even if it a good game nonetheless.
I actually prefer the classic 2D Mario titles to the 3D-Land/New Super Mario Bros type titles - The new ones seem a little more inconsistent and 'floaty'. I'm not saying theyre bad games, they're really fun, I just don't think Nintendo has surpassed Super Mario World / SMB3 even to this day, and I'm hoping it will happen soon. I'm probably in the minority with this opinion, though. Mario Sunshine and Mario 64 are probably my two favorite games of the series because of how much more immersive the worlds and challnges were. i can't believe i'm only just discovering satchbag. these videos are seriously high quality, and i like that they're more calm and informative than a lot of popular youtubers' videos, which are usually really snappy and loud or high-energy and not so much about the games they're talking about (i mean don't get me wrong, i like those kinds of videos, but sometimes i really just want to think about video game design) definitely subscribed now!
Dude, so much respect. Watching these videos is like reading a well written college essay. Everything I've seen has been very intelligent, descriptive, and accurate. Well done.
You want something that feels like a 3D classic or X Megaman game? Look no further than Ratchet and Clank- Going Commando. The platforming is great, the controls are tight, and the weapons feel not far off from the kind you'd see in a blue bomber game. Just replace the ammo count with an energy meter, and you get the idea. You even get armor upgrades a hoverbike races that feel like riding a Ride Chaser.
Love this video. This is awesomely argued and I don't think I could've thought this through without playing a lot of megaman. It's nice to see that you still continue to provide quality analysis which is complex, interesting, and engaging. Thanks a bunch!
Man, I love your videos. I think you probably make the highest production value and most easily understandable and relatable gaming related content on the whole internet. Keep up the awesome work! These are worth the wait, every time.
I honestly ended up here because of the Continue? Drunkstravaganza II. I figured it'd be another Let's Play channel and I'm so glad it wasn't. This was really cool to watch, and see broken down so thoroughly. I really enjoyed this and you definitely have a new subscriber.
Fantastic Case Study as always Satch. I know you've heard this many times, but I really appreciate you take your time to release polished videos. The quality of both the video and the analysis is fantastic. Keep it up!
Intriguing as always. Really put into words how the jump to 3D didn't work for a lot of games, and those it did work with weren't really the same... they may have kept their soul and spirit, but the mechanics around them were really only vaguely similar. Keep it up Satchell. I always look forward to new videos from you.
Satch, just want to say I really love this one. You seem particularly relaxed in this video and I think it sets a great pace. And as per usual your style and passion shines through. Thanks so much for your work and insights.
You definitely deserve more views. The editing and intellectual content are wonderful. The camera effects and angles are perfect. The vocabulary and presentation are flawless.
1. Good to have you back, Satch. And good to remember that Nintendo may be Mega Man's saving grace, possibly by purchasing that franchise from a crumbling Capcom (it happened with Bayonetta from Sega, for example). 2. I don't find Iron Man as a misogynist in particular; he is just apathetic to the feelings of others in general, like Duke Nukem is. Whether or not their female companions are portrayed as simply sexy does not point out misogyny on the characters themselves. 3. I find it surprising that Satch doesn't contrast the tutorials of these games. As explained in Egoraptor's Sequelitis series, Mega Man X lets you learn each core mechanic on your own in its first stage. On the other hand, Super Mario 64 tells you to read signs scattered across a safe courtyard with a pathway that leads you to them because Mario has far more moves than jumping, wall maneuvering, and basic attacking. 4. There seem to be declines in sales and statistical interest within each Super Mario series as well as with Mega Man (albeit not devastating). Except for the "black sheep" Sunshine, console 3D Mario games have sold less and less, and so have the entries in the New SM Bros series.
I think the reason for Super Mario 64 and its use of signs is that the level select was essentially also a play ground and a practice stage for the game's mechanics. Mega man, while confined to 2 dimensions, had to do this teaching on the fly and with a hint of urgency. Mario 64 allowed you to practice at your leisure.
***** A small correction: Nintendo didn't buy Sonic. They just made a deal with Nintendo that all of their recent games would appear exclusively on Nintendo consoles. All the games are still developed by either SEGA or third party developers, so Sonic flopping has little to do with Nintendo. So I think if they actually DID buy Megaman, they could do a good job, but I sort of doubt it will happen. I think they have enough resources and franchises to work with that they wouldn't want to use money to buy a franchise when they can create their own.
Granetdud you are not correct either. Not ALL of their recent games had to be Nintendo exclusive but only 3 being Sonic Colors iirc Sonic Lost World and Sonic Boom
You deserve a fucking TV show, dude. I've never played either of these games and yet I was enthralled by this video essay. The beautiful presentation would mean nothing without the substance, but it's damn impressive, all the same.
You posted this video on my birthday, you are awesome to post such intriguing videos with so much depth and understanding. Thank you for sharing the insight of these games and to post it on my happiest birth-iversary.
I can understand Mega Man Legends/Mega Man 64 being considered its own thing, but I don't think it's completely fair to throw it to the side as not a step towards what Mega Man could've been for 3D. Sure, Legends plays more like an action-RPG than a pure 3D platformer, but it kept the right portions of what Mega Man was, whilst adding and adjusting needed elements in order to make the game a fresh new experience for Mega Man fans. Super Mario 64 is almost nothing like the previous games in the Super Mario series up to that point, but it kept the few necessary elements to keep it a Mario game, most notably the structured platforming and controlled elasticity in jumping. Like Super Mario 64, Mega Man Legends still had the basic elements of its traditional 2D predecessors (the twitch gameplay, movement of projectiles and switching of weapons), but played and controlled in a completely different manner. While the gameplay isn't perfect, as it shows an obvious lack of polish, it still pulls it off quite well. If Capcom had based Mega Man X7 off of what made Legends work as a 3D game, then it probably would've been received better in the eyes of the players, and would've made a much better game overall. Instead, Capcom decided to try to blend the traditional 2D gameplay of the series with elements of 3D gameplay, which while not impossible, is extremely difficult to pull off. I do agree with you though, Satchbag. Capcom's biggest mistake with the Mega Man series was their inability (or possibly, unwillingness) to look at how Nintendo and Sega evolved Mario, Zelda, and Sonic from 2D to 3D and following their examples.
Definitely going to agree with this. Megaman Legends took the franchise into 3D the *right way* and I can't imagine what Megaman could have been if they built upon this.
I completely agree. X7 had so much reference material to go on by the time they began production. It was far from the very beginning of 3D gaming, and while I know they were wanting to go in their own direction as far as how the transition between 2D and 3D gameplay was handled, I think they could have benefited greatly by looking at how other franchises had handled it.
God Damn, man. I saw this video in my suggestions expecting a goofy argument, 'cause I couldn't think of any reasonable comparison between Mario 64 and Megaman X. But kudos to you, man. You not only did a great job, but gave an an emotional vibe about Megaman X7. I didn't think that was possible
This is so well made. You deserve much more popularity than you get. This is so thought provoking and insightful. I hopein the future you get the attention you deserve.
Holy cow man. I've been a Normal Boots fan for some time, but for some reason hadn't seen any of your stuff before. Totally blown away. Your production is unreal and your commentary incredible. Definitely gotta check out some more,
Thanks so much for this video! I gotta check out some of your other videos. It really made me think about how differently Mario and Mega Man made the leap to 3D. Thanks again! :)
Mega Man X came out in 1993. The Power Battle came out in 1995. It's sequel came out in 1996. So unless 1996 happened before 1993, Power Battle had no influence on Mega Man X's development.
Yeah that may be when they were released however it could be power battle was an older idea that wasn't actually developed until after Mega Man X and there is no way for us to know the truth.
tehSwooshy Nahhhh....DK 64 was nice, but not as good as Mario 64 or BK. Now 2d wise, I would say that right now with Retros recent efforts, Kong is King.
I usually watch TH-cam videos in 480p, because I'm too lazy for 720p to load, but Satchbag is the only TH-camr I think where you should watch it in 720p to see his effects in their true beauty.
I think I just figured out why I enjoy your stuff so much Satch... it's intelligent and informative, but even though it is somewhat opinionated it also is not sensationalist... Stay enlightened man...
I just came over to your channel from DYKgaming. I must say, this was one of the most professional videos I have seen on TH-cam. I am astounded that you do not have more subs. Keep up the great work!!!
I think it would have been better to compare Mega Man to Metroid since they had the same basic concept (jump and shoot) and it would have better shown that 2D games have to change how they work to actually function in 3D (since metroid turned into a 1st person shooter when went 3D as apposed to Mario going from linear to non-linear )
Perfect example. It's not the platforming mechanic that had the trouble moving from 2D to 3D (though it did present it's own challenges.) It is the need to aim that really had trouble transitioning. Mario games never had their main focus around aiming.
But both were very different games. Even as they were made of essentially the same parts (platforming, shooting, exploration, and upgrades), both mixed them very differently. The platforming was secondary in Metroid, which put more emphasis on exploration - so an exploration and puzzle focused FPS works. Megaman was a straight platformer. Even though Metroid and Megaman both involve shooting, Megaman is much more inline with Mario. For instance, as Satch pointed out, Megaman Legends, despite its quality, failed as a transition because it was a Megaman game in name (and aesthetic) only. And I think a key example of the difference is that if Metroid had made its transition to 3D in the form of an action-RPG like Megaman Legends, it would have been a smooth transition that would have retained its core aspects.
I think another game worthy of comparison here is Sonic. The common aspect here that causes both of them to suffer in their transition to 3D is the perceived pacing players want from these series. Sonic was all about having to go fast and Megaman's limit to just horizontal shooting emphasized having to move around more with jumping and then later additional movement encouragement with dashing, wall grinds and a close range sword. Transitioning to 3D impediments to pacing such as the need to stop and aim now. Stopping to position the camera correctly to observe a scene. More complicated 3D space controls
First video I've seen of yours. I'm very, very impressed. Wonderful breakdown of mechanics and a wonderful observation (that I've never been able to put into words) of some my favorite games that I constantly played while growing up. No loud "WHAT'S UP GUYS!" Nice, relaxing, and happy to chill out with me as we discuss some great old games. Can't wait to watch more of your stuff.
Amazing as always Satchel! Your presentation and delivery style is such a breath of fresh air unlike any content creator I have ever come across, your content always goes above and beyond, it always feels like sitting in on a captivating lecture 😊 Can't wait to see what you decide to tackle next man 😃
The problem with 3D Mega man titles? Unlike Mario 3D titles, they try to be 2D Mega Man games. Without goombas, marios, bowsers, koopas, would Mario 64 be a recognizable "mario game"? (If there was never such a thing as Mario 64)
Your content is always amazing to watch and listen to. I check your channel every once in a while for new content and as soon as I see it I'm on it. Keep up the great work, I'd much rather wait for good content that has substance to it than something good without emotion or thought.
First video (Besides the DYKG vid) I've seen from you. 1. You leave the impression on me (!) that you smoked weed while or before recording. Nothing to complain about, just curious. 2. I'm super imressed by this and looking forward to discover many more videos!
I absolutely love how well polished and thoughtful your content is. It looks and sounds great while setting a high bar for the plethora of unpolished and rough game reviewers out there.
Another great video, Satch. It's always great to see your videos up. I've never seen anyone talk about Mega Man X's transition to 3D but it's good to hear; there was an entire console generation for X to adapt the the new dimension but tried to hard to stay true to control concepts. Using Mario 64 for comparison exemplified that. I would like to perhaps see a follow-up video about both series' return to 2D with Mega Man Zero and New Super Mario, since both hearken back to the series discussed in this one.
Okay: first of all, I love your videos, Satch. Great points and a nice video to watch. Secondly, at 9:12, when you said "gameplay" something flew out of your mouth and it concerned me.
After watching Continue, JonTron, Game Theory and The Completionist for years I've now watched my first Satchbag video. I can see I've been missing out.
A few things I have to say as someone that's been a diehard megaman fan since the age of 4. 1. FINALLY, someone explains what's others feel is wrong with X7. I keep asking around why people have a problem with that game, but I would never get an answer. However, now more than ever, I now feel alone to the fact that I love Megaman X7. I really feel it's not as bad as some make it out to be. I can't be harsh with X7 party, because it was a first attempt to make a 3D megaman platformer and feels like they were testing grounds. I also have to note it's not 100% 3D since it took the sonic unleashed approach by having it shift from 2.5D to 3D every now and then so it never really had a moment where you would be in a type of perspective the entire time with the sole exception of that jet bike level. 2. Megaman X Command Mission was an awesome RPG game, the characters where interesting, and I felt it kept the "magic of megaman" in many areas.(Gameplay, storytelling, enemies, challenge, and other mechanics.). The only problem I had with it was it was too short or at least felt too short. I remember the times where I managed to trick some people into falling in love with the game. I did it by mentioning that there was a topless scene with two female characters is in this game.(By the way, such a scene ACTUALLY exists in this game.) I refused to tell them when it happened and lent them my copy of the game for them to find it themselves. By the time they reached the point where it happened, they were really got into the game to the point where they no longer cared that I tricked them. It's stuff like that which really makes you remember a game. 3. Since they managed to X-perimented with X7, they managed to vastly improve it with X8. It was 2.5D that had some really interesting tidbits, but made things even better. The mechanics where improved, New character dynamics with more playable characters, a tough but fair challenge along with other awesome things. This makes me wonder why don't they add it to PSN AND Steam since there is a PC port of X8. I have much much more to say, but I think I'll leave it at that so I don't annoy/bore anyone.
Good stuff. I really enjoyed your take on a very nostalgic genre of video gaming. These games are awesome and will continue to take me back to a place I love a lot. My childhood
Zackery Cuevas First, stop calling him Sanic. Second, get Yuji Naka back on board. Third, take notes from Sonic Generations. I dunno why they switched it up after that game, they had it!
Wow.. Very well made, thought out and incredibly communicated video Satch. It really is great to see you again. I gotta say I agree with most of what you said and even tho it is unfortunate what happened to our favorite blue robot, it is not the end of the legacy it left to companies like Yacht Club. I very much look forward to playing these type of games and also seeing more from you. Once again, great video.
Fantastic. Really well done. Well written, well spoken, smart, insightful, a delightful departure from the typical "top ten" or "here's a bunch of facts n stuff." I'll be subscribing and will be sure to check out some more content, even if I am 2 years late on this one...better late than never. Great job! -It goes without saying (since I'm HERE) I'm a gaming junkie, also a serious collector, and this sort of content is addictive as hell to me, can't get enough. This is the first one of yours I've checked out, looking forward to enjoying more great ones: equally as high in quality, entertainment, and effort. Thanks!

i can't believe i'm only just discovering satchbag. these videos are seriously high quality, and i like that they're more calm and informative than a lot of popular youtubers' videos, which are usually really snappy and loud or high-energy and not so much about the games they're talking about (i mean don't get me wrong, i like those kinds of videos, but sometimes i really just want to think about video game design)
definitely subscribed now!
I can't believe I haven't watched your videos until now--but wow! I'm floored, and loving this content. Great job!
Dude, so much respect. Watching these videos is like reading a well written college essay. Everything I've seen has been very intelligent, descriptive, and accurate. Well done.
Satchbag your commentaries on gaming is truly an art :) keep on keeping on!
+NickonAquaMagna I was just thinking that recently while playing the first one.
+NickonAquaMagna Ratchet and Clank rules!
Ratchet and Clank are Awesome
+NickonAquaMagna Metroid Prime.
bloodsoldierZ
No joke, that is my favorite game.
Always a pleasure watching what's in Satchbag's Goods.
Love this video. This is awesomely argued and I don't think I could've thought this through without playing a lot of megaman. It's nice to see that you still continue to provide quality analysis which is complex, interesting, and engaging. Thanks a bunch!
Brother, this is an amazing video. I love the format, the pacing, everything. Too good.
Thanks, man!
Awesome work as always, Satch.
You're putting so much effort and quality in your content it's really incredible.
Wow, this was an excellent deconstruction. Great job Satch.
Great job Satch! It looks like you worked really hard on this and it shows
TH-cam doesn't show me your uploads, but you're one of the only channels I come to on my own anyway. Your videos are so entrancing.
Another video that deeply analyses the mega man x intro stage? HM I WONDER WHAT THAT COULD BE
Beautiful video, man. You're not getting paid enough for this.
Megaman Legends 1 and 2 are some of my favorite games ever.
Satchbag is back with a vengeance!! Amazing video, love this stuff!!
Man, this was fantastic to see. These analyses are fantastic! I'd love for more compared mechanics amongst different franchises!
This is so well made. You deserve much more popularity than you get. This is so thought provoking and insightful. I hopein the future you get the attention you deserve.
I have to say, your analysis of games is always spot on and very insightful! Thank you for making these videos.
Great work man, just found your channel. Never stop making quality videos!!
I always love one of these well thought out videos- keep up the good work!
You are a thinking man, and that really makes your channel valuable among many others. Great job, here.
Mega Man X came out in 1993.
The Power Battle came out in 1995. It's sequel came out in 1996.
So unless 1996 happened before 1993, Power Battle had no influence on Mega Man X's development.
I think what he meant was like Doctor Light's development of X, rather than Capcom's IRL development.
supershadow64ds Videogame continuity comes after actual IRL development. Fictional continuity shouldn't be used as proof of IRL development.
Blurns Never said it was.
Yeah that may be when they were released however it could be power battle was an older idea that wasn't actually developed until after Mega Man X and there is no way for us to know the truth.
Power Fighters came out between X3 & X4, so it's more likely something from early in X4's development.
Satchbag, your case studies are some of the best videos on TH-cam.
This caused me to reanalyze some of my favorite games/series. Well done good sir.
How did I miss you on Normal Boots? Satchbag's Goods you bring a really fresh look on video games!
You know Satch I really like your videos, keep it up man.
This man knows the deal.
Great video, I really like your content
Keep em coming Satch! Great stuff
Your videos are brilliant, I'm glad to have found them.
I don't think I've ever seen such complex thought about games. Nice job man, you did excellently.
Enjoyed the video. Your voice is pleasing and the quality of the content is excellent.
Saw you on the Did You Know video. Really loving the production quality here, dude.
In my opinion, Donkey Kong made a much better transition to 3D than even Mario.
tehSwooshy Nahhhh....DK 64 was nice, but not as good as Mario 64 or BK.
Now 2d wise, I would say that right now with Retros recent efforts, Kong is King.
Again, you're blowing all other gaming focused youtubers out of the water. Please, keep it up.
Great job on providing an indepth perspective on megamanx/ mario 64. Well done! Subbed!
satch i just discovered your channel today. I appreciate your ability to tell a story with out trying to over do it like every other channel.
This was my first Satchbag video, but I subbed due to the production value!
It's not the platforming mechanic that had the trouble moving from 2D to 3D (though it did present it's own challenges.)
It is the need to aim that really had trouble transitioning.
(If there was never such a thing as Mario 64)
your videos are crafted really well, they have good editing and really nice visual effects! Just wanted to say!
Your content is always amazing to watch and listen to. I check your channel every once in a while for new content and as soon as I see it I'm on it. Keep up the great work, I'd much rather wait for good content that has substance to it than something good without emotion or thought.
High level analysis, done right. Nice work buddy!
First video (Besides the DYKG vid) I've seen from you.
1. You leave the impression on me (!) that you smoked weed while or before recording. Nothing to complain about, just curious.
2. I'm super imressed by this and looking forward to discover many more videos!
Why are your videos so amazing? They are so nicely done.
I absolutely love how well polished and thoughtful your content is. It looks and sounds great while setting a high bar for the plethora of unpolished and rough game reviewers out there.
That opening just makes me feel good. I guess I should check out that link in the description, eh?
Another great video, Satch. It's always great to see your videos up.
I've never seen anyone talk about Mega Man X's transition to 3D but it's good to hear; there was an entire console generation for X to adapt the the new dimension but tried to hard to stay true to control concepts. Using Mario 64 for comparison exemplified that. I would like to perhaps see a follow-up video about both series' return to 2D with Mega Man Zero and New Super Mario, since both hearken back to the series discussed in this one.
Nice seeing you again, man! Great video!
Mega like. Super job on the video, Bags!
God, these videos make me feel good. Relaxing ambiance mixed with your voice make for a perfect experience.
Your intro is so calming. It's awesome
Wow. This video was great. Incredibly well written. Great job.
This was the first vid i saw on your channel,i liked it,subscribed
Okay: first of all, I love your videos, Satch. Great points and a nice video to watch.
Secondly, at 9:12, when you said "gameplay" something flew out of your mouth and it concerned me.
Just found this channel, and i liked this video so much i subscribed!
After watching Continue, JonTron, Game Theory and The Completionist for years I've now watched my first Satchbag video. I can see I've been missing out.
Dog Zilla There's quite a difference in cognitive understanding,
thats the difference between *real* edutainment & entertainment
Command Mission is so underrated. I friggin loved that game.
Good stuff. I really enjoyed your take on a very nostalgic genre of video gaming. These games are awesome and will continue to take me back to a place I love a lot. My childhood
I'd be interested to see these ideas applied to Sonic and his constant 3D missteps. How do we fix Sanic, Satch?
Zackery Cuevas First, stop calling him Sanic.
Second, get Yuji Naka back on board.
Third, take notes from Sonic Generations.
I dunno why they switched it up after that game, they had it!
I like your style, especially your presentation. Top notch.
Dude your arguments are really great. Like college level analysis. I'm impressed.
Thanks!
