This Flysky Radio can be used for uptown 10 models due to it's 10 model memory, you only need to purchase edition receivers and then you can easily run this radio on upto 10 models and each will have stores setting and names you create for it.
The best thing about this radio is the cheap price, it's easy to use and the receivers have built in failsafes. You only need to do a really easy binding process for every new receiver.
2 years from now and I still refer to this video when binding a FSGT3B... with my 8 years of experience in RC I'm still another 14 year old that still has a lot to learn, thanks for making this video too! all I can say about it is it's a dense video with no nonsense!
hey my dude!! Love this comment!! This is why I made this video btw. I actually watching this myself when I forget the biding order. There is also a similar video on my channel about setting the failsafe, make sure not do that too. BTW, if you check out my newer videos I'm sure you will be very entertained..
Are you still watching this video @@hybrid32494
So I'm over at a friend's. I sold him the lunch box I had and he put a fly sky receiver in it I needed to know how to bind it so of course I go on to TH-cam and I find a short which was completely useless and this was the second video I saw I didn't realize it was your channel until I heard you talking very informative thank you
haha, hey bro! now this is a great comment and im glad. Yes my channel long ago was mainly how-to and repair vids for years. Reason is they dont take much money and you dont need to buy expensive stuff for reviews constantly. The good old days, this is likely the best video on this radio there is, many viewers over the years told me they came to my channel BC of this fly sky radio video.
Just grabbed this Radio/Receiver today for my Nitro RS4 on-road. Nobody else has any Nitro setups on TH-cam except you. Glad to see you're keeping the Nitro Gang alive. Nitro over electric forever. Rock on pal
hey my dude! Im totally happy this video helped you out, as you already know the Nitros Require the Built-in Failsafe to be set to full brakes, Make sure to do that, I've got another video on here about that. BTW Nitro RS4 4 ever!! I have an original one also!. Tomm a new nitrogang video comes out, I already know it will piss off many of the electric cry babies out there.
@@hybrid32494 I'll have to check that video out. I wasn't aware. Thanks pal!
My receiver doesn’t blink a light my esc just starts beeping and it won’t connect
Super helpful, haven't messed with RCs in 6 years and still had this model transmitter lying around so needed this to remind myself. Thanks man!
hey bro! you got it! I actually watch my own video when I need to do this again, lol. Ive upgraded to a newer GT5 model, the binding process is much simpler there btw.
I connect this to a 14.4v e-maxx and it binds until I turn the power off ...very frustrating. Any known issues with this controller and stock e-maxx brushed.
Thank you! your channel is severely underrated. Thank you for your dedication to Nitro RC!!
hey my dude! thanks so much!! This has made my day, I was a little down today after some bad nitro deals and hater comments! Now I'm back, and making nitro great again!!
4 years later! Coming in clutch bro! THANK YOU!
you got it bro!! I'm glad to hear this video helped you out!! BTW I have another one about how to check and set the fail-safe feature on this radio also.
Awesome broski just binded my for the first time you explained it very simple .nitro gang 💪
Thankyou, I have loads of these recievers but couldn't work out how to bind them. You made it so so simple... Topman bro
Need help!
Just bought the gt3b and 2 receivers, the exact same as what came with it, and cannot get either to bind. I followed the proper procedure but light just blinks... Any ideas? Please, pulling my hair out over here
OK question for you I can get my receiver to bond to either my GT 3B or my GT 3C but on these receivers do you know can I bond each receiver to multiple radios in case me and my girlfriend want to go out and run two different vehicles she can use her transmitter I can use mine
hey buddy! Very good question, and you will be surprised by the super basic answer. In reality when you bind these you're only really getting the model memory of the remote to remember the exact throttle and steering and other settings of the receiver model. So if you for instance ran the wrong model memory than the car you're running, then you would have totally different setting, the receiver does not know which model memory you're set it, the remote is remembering the setting. Make sense? Now can you explain to me please how I can get my GF to like RC?? it's a damn mystery to me. haha.As long as your model memory is correctly set you will be fine. some cars have very similar settings, so you wont notice a difference.
Hi can you use the same bind plug with different sky fly receivers
Hey buddy, to answer your question that would be yes. All the bind plug really does is it puts a loop between two of the pins and that is how it goes into bind mode, you can use the same plug on pretty much any range of receivers for the most part.
Because when I went to install other buggie on channel 2 I lost the first 1 and now I can't get 1 to go now any ideas
Why when I blended it it works but it keeps driving by its self?
Thanks man I just bonded my Roven XLT and it was perfect. I appreciate it.
Hey man, thanks for checking out this video and I am glad it helped you out. I also have another video on how to set and check the failsafe for this radio, make sure to enable brakes for your failsafe position.
I just ordered this and you made a great tutorial and I’m going to use this for my tutorial thank you so much I’ve been trying to trick out my gen7 pro like crazy
you got it my dude! Always glad to help the RC community! BTW, I have a brand new GEN 8, never opening it yet, the GEN 7 is quite awesome too.
@@hybrid32494 kkoo lol pvyuuuuuuuuuuun no pinkikhi I’llohh g
Having problems have lost channel 2 on fs gt3b
Is there something other than a bind plug than I can use because I don’t have it
you can use an old servo plug, get rid of the middle cable, then connect the outer cables, hope this helps :)
It works. Thank you so much. Now I can load a bunch of cars on 1 controll rather than the 8 I usually have.
Hey dude! Glad this video helped you out! Btw i have another vid on how to set the fail safe for this radio. Mostly applies to nitro cars tho.
How many nirto runaways have you had with this radio I've had a few electric cars lose signal and I bought a Redcat Rampage Mt that has one of these reciever in it and I already have the radio. Just curious if you have had any issues with these and poor signal
Hi I am trying to bind a HPI RF45 receiver to the FlySky transmitter but for some reason cannot do it? Any suggestions?
Hey man...just got a flysky gt3c.
I am trying to bind my Jbl cheetah which came with the stock receiver....and i have no binding plug. Does this mean i cant bind it to transmitter? I tried what u did...without the bind plug...but no success
hey bro! Tell me the receiver you're binding the gt3c to. Or are you trying to bing the JLB cheetah receiver to the Flysky radio? It's got to be the gt3c to the receiver it came with. And yes, you need a bind plug, didn't your radios come with one? they usually come with a bad plug anytime you also Get a new receiver with the radio. The bind plug is really just a jumper cable, but you need it.
So does it matter where to plug in the steering servo? And esc? Probably not right?
Im having bind issues too, i tried to bind my 2 extra receivers to different channels but when i go to one, it actually still controls the other 2 as well as the initial receiver. Please help
hey man, It's normal that your different channels control all the receivers you have paired. That is the way the model memory works. Basically when you have one rc powered on at a time and you are using the right model number it will have your trim settings saved and that is how you're able to really use this for unto 10 models. It's basically memory settings for each model number. As long as it's binded you should be fine, don't worry about it, it will be saved to the model memory. Does this make sense to you?
@@hybrid32494 yeah it hit me omw to work lol thanks
Awesome thanks so much... Was about to go crazy after being away from the hobby for 20 years... Thanks...
hey buddy! you go it! Glad to help! BTW if you're running this radio on a nitro make sure to set the fail safe too. I've got a video on that also. Actually you should check the stock fail-safe setting on any RC, in case you turn the radio off first, you dont want a runaway.
Hey ive been tryig to bind for an hour and everythings plugged but the receiver led wont light up is it because too much voltage from 4s ??
Needed this guide because I fried the 1st channel by plugging the ESC in backwards 😅
This is the 4th time I've had to refer back to this video lol, thanks for the help! All my cars run this radio/receiver combo now 👍
Good stuff bro 💪
Just picked one of these up. Great video bud. Thanks 👍🏼
hey man, thanks!! I have never had a single failure with this system, and the receivers are super cheap. BTW if you're using this on a nitro make sure to check and set the failsafe built into the receivers. Check my channel for a complete video on that. Also just check if any failsafe is already set anytime you use this system with a new receiver.
Hiya happy new year to you my friend iv been having problems with my baja setup to this I keep losing the bind lol I'm not sure if it's my failsafe plugged in to ch3 but I unplugged the failsafe from the receiver and I'm still losing the bind when I switch off the car and back on it's okay and within a minute only with my baja but it's absolutely fine with my electric rc buggy any ideas my friend
hey man!! You have this same flysky radio in the baja right? If it's tis same one, which I think it is. Why are you running a failsafe on Channel 3? These flysky receivers already have built in failsafe that you can program. Remove the external failsafe and turn the baja and radio on (while the motor is off). Then shut of your radio and see what happened. The thing should automatically apply brakes, this is the way the failsafe should work already. Let me know if you have this happening?
@@hybrid32494 it's the GT3c my friend and I got the failsafe before the flysky thinking better having it because I had the throttle jamming on a few times with the stock radio & receiver so I thought it was better to be safer than sorry if it runs away but I had followed your video for setting up the failsafe it's was starting up but would only run for 2-3-5 seconds or 10-20 seconds and cut out and lose bind and plus I unplugged the rovan failsafe switch from the receiver and it was still cutting out but I just removed the wires on the kill switch going to the coil and iv got a solid light on my receiver pmfsl £20 for the rovan baja kill switch and it doesn't work can't start the car or keep it running LoL looks like I'm going to have to trust the lost signal failsafe my friend :-) and hopefully I don't have anymore full throttle jamming but it would have been a lot better to have the kill switch at the touch of the button as iv learned my friends 7& 10 year old son's to drive the baja and they love it :-D but I would have felt safer with it and I'm going to take it out today and hopefully it's going be ok and have a good day Brapppping in the field with my new paddle tyres on popping wheelies & singing that lovely Brapppping tune full throttle :-D
Mines acting up plug in all soiled red light on receiver but still not throttle or steering but when I try the servo in other cars they work can you help please I’m lost I tried a different receiver two out my hyper 7 still the same and put it back in hyper 7 and now the hyper 7 the same not working bro
Thanks this was helpful. I’m gonna probably get a Losi 5t and put this radio on on it for a kill switch. Do u know if I need the extension splitter?
yes, this would work great with the 3rd channel as the fail-safe activation. From the failsafes I've seen they seem to already come with the wiring you need. Just buy the failsafe and see it if all fits, I don't think you need extra wiring beyond that. I just got into 5th scale gas buggies, am also learning about them now.
When I power up the receiver it is not blinking. I used the reset button in the receiver and my receiver just blinks slowly.
I did this and it, put my throttle as the turning and my steering does nothing? Help!!
hey buddy! Lets figure this out. So you are trying to bind a new receiver yes? It sounds like you have your channel 1 and 2 incorrectly setup, possibly wired incorrectly into the receiver. Your Channel 1 is always steering, Ch 2 is throttle/brakes, check to be sure this is right. Check the wiring first, let me know.
I've got the same transmitter and trying to use it on an SCX10 with a taser 60 amp brushed speed control. I've got the exponential's set to +100% and the throttle is still way too touchy and sensitive. -100% makes it go full throttle immediately. I need the throttle to be softer at the lower range of trigger movement
have you tried this remote with another ESC? IT sounds like you need to check the esc programming setting for throttle input and punch control. Not sure if you have a programming card for that ESC. Try it on something you know has normal throttle response, let me know.
It also works wit Hobbyking HK-GT 3B Radio Controler and Flysky FS GR3E receiver!
can i bind this transmitter with fs-ia6b receiver?
does it remember settings for multiple receiver?
Hey man, you cannot bind any receiver, other than the ones are meant for this particular radio. I highly recommend you pick up a fly sky GT five it is significantly better and will remember the model memory for up to 20 channels.
@@hybrid32494 thank you so much
After binding my rev is faster den forward, I even switched around the wires and still no luck, maybe something I'm over looking, do you have any troubleshooting techniques regarding the issue?
hey buddy! there is a high probability your throttle channel 2 setting needs to be reversed. Do Channel reversing on channel 2. Since the Reverse servo throw is shorter than forward, this would explain your issues.
I was dead ass not about to buy this because no one makes good tutorials but great job ordering mines tonight
hey buddy! I'm glad this video helped you out. This remote is very easy to use, you will see just how intuitive it is. Other than binding and setting a failsafe for nitro or gas RCs, there is nothing to it. I've got another video about programming the failsafe btw.
@@hybrid32494 I will have to check the other vid when i get my transmitter an reciver, sounds helpful. Thanks again good detail.
Can u bind two tramitters to one receiver, as I have 6 cars,
Just binded my Mutilator with this set up but somehow steering going in reverse? I just can not seem to suss the steering trim either? Please Help Someone?
hey buddy. You need to reverse your steering servo using the menu on this remote. This is very common. You need to go to servo reversing on Channel 1 and just move it to reverse or normal, doesn't matter what position it's in right now (normal or reverse), just do the other one. Your steering trim is adjustable with the small dedicated button on top. Let me know, I'm here to help.
hybrid32494 Thanks, I’ve sorted me Trim out now but when toggling through menu it seems to only let me reverse channel 1 or 2 is it? I’ll be working on it some time tonight so will let you know the results. I had it out for a run last night but I seem to be having issues with my gearing? Seems to disengage when wants and engage when wants? I was thinking maybe this has something to do with the slip but not sure....
Thankyou for help so far, I need all the help I can get not gonna lie new to the petrol buy dedicated to it now and not turning back now Ha Ha
Now sussed the issue with reversing the servo on steering! Thankyou just need to know why I’m disengaging gear?
happy you figured the steering out!! Tell me which RC model you have btw. Then I can go from there. BTW you also need to set your failsafe with this remote for channel 2 (throttle/brake), if this is a nitro or gas car. I have a video on how to set the failsafe on this remote as well.
hybrid32494 I have the Mutilator 6 23cc petrol and found your help so great in helping me set up my first one. I’ve drove but always used shops for repair in the past but sadly to say Model shops in my town have become more or less extinct. So now having to teach myself how to do these things myself...
Ummm I did everything and it can’t work when I press bind and hold the receiver stop blinking than ltr I off the car and took out the bind plug but it still can’t work
My receiver isn't blinking, but my esc is blinking, on my esc it says, ESC with reverse sport control, what does that mean
Hi, maybe you can answer this question I’m not sure if it’s a remote issue or a speed controller? I built my first grasshopper and have everything connected and I can get the steering to work but I can’t get it to drive? The motor does nothing? Is there something I’m missing?
hey man! I sure hope we can figure this out. So far you know the radio is correctly paired if you have control of at least one channel. You need to troubleshoot this by switching Channel 1 and Channel 2 and checking if the system works at all. You can just swap plugs in the RX, easy. I'm sure you're running a brushed stock motor and the tamiya ESC right? Put the ESC in channel 2, and make sure the bind plug is out. (I'm sure you know most of this, but let me know any updates) I will comment back ASAP.
@@hybrid32494 I don’t know any of this LOL I got a new speed control in and still nothing! Yes it’s the stock motor and what you just explained I will try but don’t know? Can you do a video on that? If i hook the battery to motor it works perfect otherwise nothing
I appreciate your time
@@driscollboys8671 Hit me up on instagram we can go through it together. Its pretty tough messaging on here. Im the same user name as on here btw. Main thing is your steering is always Channel 1, and your ESC/Throttle is always channel 2.
I figured it out! I thought you meant channel 2 on the controller. So I swapped it on the transmitter and it works perfect! Thank you for your help!
Hey great vid man easy tutorial. I got my car all set up the steering works but there is no throttle and the light is blinking slow. Any help?
hey dude! Thanks! Can you tell me if you correctly connected the Channel 2 plug in to the RX after binding? If your steering works, that means it's bided fine and your Ch 1 plug is correctly plugged in. Are you running an electric? Make sure the esc is plugged into ch 2 and your bind plug is removed. Let me know.
hybrid32494 Its weird. My throttle will work when its pluged into chanel 1 but then my steering doesnt. And when I have my steering in chanel 1 its works but my throttle doesnt. Its super werid and I have no idea what I’m doing but i’ve learned alot from all the research ive had to do.
What car are you trying to use this system for? If its an electric and your trims are all off then sometimes the esc wont arm itself. And u will see blinking lights. If u have a spare servo plug them both into ch 1 and 2 to verify both channels simultaneously work.
Hi my triger is back to front when running how do I change it around thanks
Can i use different model flysky receiver ?
hey buddy! For this radio you can only use this particular receiver. You might be able to use some other branded very similar ones from redcat, but generally it's all the same style of 3 Channel receiver.
Glad you had this video, could not for the life of me remember how lol, thanks brother!!
hey bro! You got it my dude! BTW there is another video on how to set the fail-safe on this radio, Make sure to watch that and do that also, highly important for all nitro and gas rcs. Also sometimes the fail-safe could be incorrect on even electrics, and it will go into full throttle if you turn the radio off first. Nitrogang!!...
Thank you so much ! I just bought a new receiver and just don't know what to do with
hey buddy!! thanks for watching!! If you've got this on a nitro make sure to also program the built in fail-safe. The same goes for electrics, make sure the fail-safe mode is set to neutral for electric and brake for nitro/gas. I've got a video on that here too btw.
So Ive just installed and binded into a hpi savage . But my throttle is reversed and also when I switch it on the servo goes into full brake and cuts the engine out
hey buddy! it sounds like you have the channel reversed. There is a feature in the radio to reverse the servo throw on channel 2. Just toggle the 2nd channel from either reverse or normal, you will notice the issue will go away. I have another video that shows how to set the fail-safe with this radio also.
@@hybrid32494 cheers I'll check out ya videos , do you have video showing trim adjust etc
Are all bind plugs the same? I got one with my Arma Senton but want to swap to FS reciver/transmitter
hey buddy! All bind plugs I've ever used are the same, yes. They are all just a jumper plug basically, just like I showed here. All receivers are the same specs, meaning they are all Futaba style plugs, therefore the bind plug will be the same too.
@@hybrid32494 thank you so much!
Do u have to use that bind wire everytime or just the first time u bind it
hey buddy! You need to use the Bind Plug anytime you bind it for the first time to whichever model memory you want. Once the remote recognizes the RX you're never going to use the bind plug again for that radio, unless you switch to another radio. Make sure to set the failsafe if you're running on nitro or gas rcs. I have a video on that too.
Hey man thanks for the vid, here's an interesting problem (might not actually be a problem.)
So I have two cars with this same receiver now. When I was trying to bind the 2nd car with the GT3B i realized it will only work on the original channel (Model 0).
So does this mean I can't actually have 10 models to bind? In essence, model 0 on the remote transmits to both receivers. Model 1 will not bind to the receiver.
I feel stupid because I had amazon send me a replacement but since the same problem happened with the replacement I figure that's just how these remotes/receivers work??
Hey man! I know exactly what you're talking about. The gt3-b radio does in fact have 10 model memory and you could bind multiple receivers to it (of the same type). The reality is the radio only records your trim settings and saves it to the Model Memory Position you're using. It does not actually know which receiver is plugged in. (the GT5 radio does, it will not let you run receiver 1 while using a diff model memory).
Anyway, when you have confirmed the 2nd RX is binded to model memory #1 you should be fine. You start off the binding process with the remote in channel 1, the one you're binding to. Have you done this step correctly??
I highly recommend you pick up the much better flysky GT5, much easier to bind and set fail-safe function. In all my newer videos you will see I am running mostly the GT5 radio.
@@hybrid32494 Dude you're the best!!
Definitely gonna look into the GT5, you are spot on, the models within the remote retain the trim and other settings but it's not receiver specific like I originally thought.
Subbed! Thanks again bro
@@AfternoonProductions glad to help bro!! You got it!! the gt3 is a good radio, but it's something I used over 10 years ago, currently the GT5 is the best bet. Also it's got 6 channels and a built in gyro in each RX. Also runs on 4AA or a tiny lipo with a JST plug.
Just one question? Do you still have to plug in those crystal thing in these modern radios?
hey buddy! These modern 2.4GHz system never have crystals. Any modern 2.4 GHZ radio simply binds to it's receiver and it will link instantly, you will never have channel interference.
I did what you said step by step. My throttle goes up like it wants to take off. Can u help me out with that
Hay bud I have reverse steering on mine is there a video that shows how to normal
Heyy.... great video!!! It's really hard to find people who explain this well. I know I'm a bit late but-
I'm making an electric go-cart as a project and was wondering if I could connect this receiver to something that powerful (500w-1000w). The usual throttles that are used to control the go-cart take a similar input of 6v so I thought this could work. They also have one negative, one positive and one control wire and output ~1v to ~4 v (no throttle to full throttle). Can you measure the voltage output range of the receiver? connect the negative pin of the receiver to the negative of a multimeter and the control pin to the positive of the multimeter and test the voltage range with no throttle and full throttle. This would help me out a lottttt!!!! Hope you read this.
Wattage is irrelevant as the Rx will only draw what it needs. It's voltage range is 4.0-6.5V DC.
When I ordered mine it was already bound. Hooked it up and it was good to go. Is that odd? Or do I have to still do this procedure. It works. Is it supposed to be bound to a certain channel out of the 10? Edit: I think it works on any of the 10 models that is selected so I'm guessing I should do this to Bind it to a specific model slot?
Yes, you can use any of the 10 model slots. What happens is when you get more receivers and bind them you will simply use a different model name and slot. It just stores your trim settings for each receiver. Since you can run only one model at a time with the remote it is irrelevant what slot number you use. Just make your model name and you will know which is which.
hybrid32494 ah I see. Thanks for your help. subbed.
Chris Watson same here but my steering is working in reverse? Can’t seem to suss it and you’d think it would be as easy as switching the connector round but Nope??
Why does mine keep beeping when I bind it the cars esc works and so does the servo but it beeps
hello, do you have the correct wires plugged into their locations on the receiver? You gotta remove the bind plug and reinsert the ESC into channel 2 usually.
No I put the battery's out of my old transmitter ,my mistake I just new the battery's had life in them but not enought to make the gt3b happy
This was so helpful, thanks so much
you got it my dude! Glad this helped you out!
Hi. Recently i juz got it and i succeeded with my binding. But i faced problems when i tried binding another servo in the third channel. Appreciate any help.
hello, did you make sure that your radio was correctly set to the third channel? and try pressing the third channel button on the remote when you bind it again.
Thanks for your video it was really helpful just received the fly sky GT3B today The only problem is my steering is backwards and I have no throttle. Lol 🤦♂️ please help me. Lol
Could you bing any radio to any receiver?
Haha I just found this video binding to my daughters new stampede we build together!
haha, I literally watch this video each time I have to bind anythign, it's so easy to forget. I also made one on how to set the failsafe on this remote, very usefull for nitro cars.
Thanks buddy I've been trying to figure out how to do that for an hour
hey man, you got it!! BTW, make sure to check and correctly set your failsafe for this system, I have another video on that. Especially if you're running this in a nitro or gas RC. You always want the brakes to activate in case anything happens.
I've tried this with 2 different receivers neither will bind what is wrong
Can you bind to traxxas receivers
Ok. HUGE thanks dude. its working. Also.. why did they add a bind button on the reciver if you still need that plug?! 😂
My yama buggy is cutting out about 5 foot away dose it need a new receiver
The car drive drive if you close to it but if your not nothing can anyone help plzs
Just got this controller, great information Bro👍🏻
you got it!! Make sure to set your failsafe if you are running nitro or gas RC. Very easy to set that too, I made a video on that too here.
Greattt. Glad u got it. Otherwise this would hav been an embarrasing video for me. Lol.
Does it connect to brushed motors?
hey buddy! This radio will work with any compatible receiver, it has nothing to do with the motor type. IT can be used with nitro, gas, brushless, and brushed.
Thanks man for this tutorial im about to buy the same for my Tamiya TNX 3.0 and my Earthquake red cat racing 3.0:)
hey bro! You got it! BTW, I got a bit of a radio suggestion and update for you. I've since been using the newer and much better Flysky GT5 radio in all my newest videos. It's significantly better, runs of 4 batteries, has a built in GYRO, has 6 channels., and much easier to bing and set failsafe. I highly recommend you get the better GT5 radio, here is the link.amzn.to/3zeTMSO
@@hybrid32494 THanks a lot :)
Does it need to be a FlySky Receiver?
best explanation, thank you for your work.
Thank you for taking the time and effort to do this,
Glad it was helpful!
Just brought Flysky GT 2e but can't get reverse, ,(help) please
hey man! Tell me which RC you're using the radio on? I'm glad to help you out.
It might be that your esc does not have reverse or that you have it in the wrong mode. Look in the esc manual.
Yes sir cheap receivers. And hopefully a solid transmitter. Thanks.
What about the failsafe
hey my dude! I made another video about setting the fail-safe. Very important for nitro RCs. Search my channel, you will find it.
may i know what does bind means in rc ?
hey buddy! the term "binding" refers to linking the receiver and the radio. You could use this radio for multiple receivers and run up to 10 models from one radio.
Is the receiver waterproof?
hey buddy! I cannot confirm that it is waterproof, but I can tell you that I've driven in plenty of water and the RC has always been fine. I highly recommend you use hot glue to seal around the antenna wire and the case itself, if possible also just hot glue the receiver wires, it will be fine. This is the easiest and most reliable method.
hey bro what transmiter you use now?
hey man! Here is a link for you, this is the new one I use, it's a very good value and a much better system with 6 channels. amzn.to/3vQxshn
Ordered that transmitter... hopefully its a good one..$64 eBay USA
thank bro! very helpful tutorial,
hey my dude! Totally happy this video helped you out! I also have a fail-safe setting video on this channel. Make sure to correctly check and set the fail-safe for this radio if you're running it on a nitro.
Very helpful thanks
What is the range on these?
hello, not sure on the range exactly, But I'll tell you that it is the same as any other modern 2.4 GHZ system, I never lost signal even when I barely saw the rc down the block.
Thanks for the help
glad to help!! thanks for watching!
I binded it and the transmitter only works with 1 channel!
How do you calibrate it?
hey buddy! these are normally calibrated already when you buy one. If you still need to do that process I suggest you look up the manual for this radio, I've never had to do that myself, sorry I could not have helped you with this question my dude.
how to setting trim netro enjin
Just installed my new waterproof transmitter and it wasn’t binded from factory. This video saved me a trip to UPS 😅🫡. Thank you sir
Glad it helped! I also have another video on how to Check and set the failsafe for this radio, please check that out too.
Thanks for sharing 👍👏
hey dude! You got it! I've got another video on how to set the Fail-Safe on this radio, highly important for anything GAS or Nitro powered. search the channel, you will see it.
Thank you!!!
you got it my dude! I',m glad this video has helped you out.
So I can use this to do my traxxas and my blackout
hey dude! let me ask you a question? Are you trying to pair this remote to you traxxas receiver? Tell me what you are trying to do. You can only pair and use this method with this remote and the corresponding receiver.

Thank you Sir! 😁🏁
Jesus christ man thank you for this video... as a spektrum clown I was an hour in and getting real mad.
hey my dude! Im glad to help. BTW for some future advice I HIGHLY recommend you being running the newer and much better FlyKSY GT5 radio system. In all my new videos that's the radio I run. The binding and fail-safe setting r much easier on the newer GT5 model.
Thank you Sir!!!
You're totally welcome! I have another video on here about setting/checking the failsafe feature. If you're using this for a NITRO model that's a priority.
Great job thanks I forgot how to do it
you got it my dude! Always glad to help! BTW, also make sure to check the fail-safe setting on the radio, especially if you're running a nitro. I have another video on that process on the channel..
Thanks for the information
you got it!! thanks for watching!!
