INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:
400 gms Palak
2 Green Chillis
1 Tbsp Sugar
Ice Cube as Needed
2 - 3 Big Spoon Mustard Oil
1 tsp Jeera
1 Pinch Hing
4 - 5 Chopped Garlic Cloves
1 Big Size Onion
1 Inch Grated Ginger
2 Tbsp Besan
1/2 tsp Haldi powder
2 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1.5 tsp Salt
2 Cups Fresh Matar
2 Tbsp Curd ( or as needed)
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 Tbsp Kasuri Methi
Coriander Leaves
For TADKA
1 Tbsp Desi Ghee
2 - 3 Garlic Cloves
2 Dried Red Chillies
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
