What made it so unstable?🤨... AK-917 TOTAL fail!

I made some carbon side plates, a carbon splitter, changed the motor and esc and geared up, WHAT HAPPENED?🤯
Total fail every time at only about 60mph and it's quite hard to figure out what to tweak or modify🤔
Let the serious tuning begin!
All the carbon parts I made using a jigsaw, drill and file, not ideal but does the job.
