Ossetian Pie with herbs and cheese

This is one of my favourite flatbreads to make, it hails from Northern Caucasus, can contain a myriad of fillings, but this is my favourite one.
Lots of herbs, cheese, greens and covered in brown butter on top. Such a good dish to make in the summer too - a picnic winner.
