Oh, how I love a bit of nostalgia! I'm so happy to have found this delightfully nerdy series. I was only a kid when we left England, but I still miss it every day of my life. This is a perfect visit home.
I know the old times, when steam locos managed the transportation in Germany. After Covid, when travelling hopefully get's easier again, this for sure will be a target in the UK. And what a great team dedicated to run it.
You don't see steamers in America? She needs to do her research. We have them. You can ride on them. Start w/Strassburg, PA, & it's huge indoor/outdoor museum. Then board the train for a ride & refreshments. Seems like there are more repair specialists as well.
