Rabjeet Kaur faces tremendous hardships in life but still holds her head high and overcomes all obstacles. She along with other Kaurs raise voice to save girls & the country from devastation. They prove, "When the going gets tough, the tough get going".

following information is being written so that Sikh women can think ask questions and come out of illusion of Sikh relgion.... Sikh religion has 10 gurus all male no female ....Sikhs made 5 yr old boy guru but could not find any wise momen to be guru...... in Sikh religion after marriage women have to change their last name and take their husband name and they have to leave their house and go to husbands house like other religion women do....there is nothing liberation here for women...... Sikh rehat maryada says that Sikh man should only marry their girls to Sikhs men but NO SUCH THING IS FOR SIKH MEN THEY CAN MARRY WOMEN OUT OF SIKH RELGION....... Sikh granth have bani of kabir das who has said many poems and kabir has called women nagin (snake), door of hell ( narak dwar) and many other things ..please google for more.... more bhagats are being studied and we will post what they have said soon.

Well, that's enough to tell how highly Guruji accorded female..still..here are few more examples for you..
>Mata Khiviji, mehal (wife) of Guru Angad Devji (2nd Guru), her name appears in Guru Granth Sahibji.. "Balwand Khivi Nek Jan Jis Bohati Chaoo Patrali||"
>Guru Amardaasji (3rd Guru) came into contact with Sikhi through Bibi Amroji, daughter of Guru Angad Devji.
>Guru Amardaasji set up 52 Manjis with female Pracharaks, at the time when women were not even allowed to leave house and lot more. He gave them the Darja of managing a complete school.
>Bibi Bhaniji, daughter of Guru Amardaasji, asked for the Guruship to remain in the family, so that the confusion of successor doesn't get created time and again.
>When Guru Arjan Devji (5th Guru), started writing the Adi Granth he added Baanis of many Bhagats and Bhatts, and included only those Baanis that he deemed fit. So whatever, Kabirji called women is none of our concern..cz Guru Sahibji never deemed that fit and right. But, yes, Kabirji had realised enlightenment on spiritual level and those Baanis where he talks about eternal truth are included in Guru Granth Sahibji.
>Mai Bhaag Kaurji, brought the Chaali (40) Mukte back to Guru Sahib as well as she fought right next to the Sikh men.
>Guru Gobind Singhji (10th Guru), asked Sikhs to drop surnames and write only Singh and Kaur against their name..so really, I haven't seen women change their names to Singh post marriage..a Kaur remains a Kaur..
Well, this is just an iota of the role of women in Sikhi..so, next time you stop to defame, remember what Guru Nanak Devji said about women and ask yourself if you are listening to the Guru or going against his will?
And yes, among the 52 Hukums of Guru Gobind Singhji, here is one of them:
Istree da mooh nahee phitkaarnaa - Don't subject women to verbal abuse and cursing.
