garnet is basically the boss for most of the first couple seasons, but their age is tricky. GARNET is younger than pearl though.

Sugilite's personality is the combination of both Amethyst and Garnet's best qualities and worst flaws. The result is the balance of all that. For example, the reason why Sugilite went out of control is because she has Amethyst's recklessness and Garnet's brashness which culminates in the intensity that Sugilite shows. And her disdain towards Pearl comes from Amethyst (obviously), which she is not affraid to show and amplify it because of Garnet's self-confidence.
Fun Fact!! The Pink Whale's voice is actually Rose Quartz's voice, making this the first episode we hear her. Speaking of voices, RIP SUGELITE WHO NEVER SPEAKS ANOTHER WORD AGAIN CAUSE NICKI MINAJ WAS TOO EXPENSIVE MY QUEEN!

It’s because amethyst and ruby’s personalities outweighs sapphire’s cooler rational personality
I just realized pearl might be the oldest since garnet is a fusion made when Pearl was all ready with there and amethyst was made around the time of war all ready happen so this might be true I never really thought about it like that

Sugilite is the fusion I hate the most.. even if Sardonyx (Pearl+Garnet) have one of the most annoying voice, she is still way better than Sugilite.
For the Giant Woman part.. some fusions are smaller than the others.. all the "small ones" are done with Steven, in fact only fusion that include Steven that is not a normal sized one is Steven+Garnet and Steven+Garnet+Pearl+Amethyst, we only see these two once though in the show. So yeah, Steven have 3 normal sized fusion.. well 4 if you include the one we see in the movie but that one comes in the future when Steven will be older..
