EDIT: by the way, the reason nothing is outputting is that you have to add a harvest module to pick the veggies out of the ground before they will leave the machine. likely a later unlock ive only used it on SAT plus where it is in the MAM.

@@DrawingXaos its not for the feint of heart. just about everything has byproducts, all the recipes are more complex, way more metals and products (most basic metals all have rods, plates and wire) on the positive side, you get more goodies to play with. fully automated biomass, slug breeding, way more inventory slots added as you progress (so you dont need a mod to add more) inventory management options like an awesome sink storage, automatically push and pull items to and from storage, liquid metals. lots of fun toys. and its all so complex, that it doesnt feel like you are cheating to get all the goodies lol.

Farming has many tiers. you dont have the tech for the plots to empty. you will get a harvester, water and fertilizer machines later on. you must make the veggies to open each tier so plant accordingly. oh and smart splitters work on seeds and they can be sunk. You're gonna love the snacks you can make later on.
You got me wanting to start a new play through this weekend. Just curious, but what if you produce flowers? Do you get flower pedals? Because then you'll have unlimited paint and biofuel. If it works. Bummer about the crash 😂

Great series. Been wanting to check these out but been holding off until after 1.0, after losing loads between update 3 and 4. As far as I remember Refined Power also has daisy chaining, so buildings have 2 connections. Don't know if it's for all machines or just the mod ones.

I may have to try the farming. I am always flying, it makes it easier to place buildings and all...lol, and yeah my saves are every 10 minutes
lol flying is the best way to build, makes things so much better... and i never have auto save on, always just do it manually .
