I love how the dream world of MLP is Steven Universe levels of messed up. I'm also noticing Twilight is slowly descending into Friendship is Witchcraft levels of neurosis, and I'm loving it. We already had a canon Charity in season 5, and now we just need a canon Applesack. I wonder how much longer before Twilight's stash of friend fiction is found?
She was in S5 E16 - "Made in Manehattan." Her full name was Charity Kindheart, and was a Bridleway costume designer, and the one that originally produced the Midsummer Theater Revival until she moved away, to which Coco wanted to to bring back, and this is the whole crux of the episode.
Finally had time to watch this. Was good fun. This episode blew me away. By far my favourite of the season so far, and the best episode we've had since probably 'A Hearth's Warming Tail'. The design of Daybreaker is frikkin' amazing.

And given the warnings we've seen in the Canterlot Wedding, Crystal Empire, Hearts and Hooves Day, Rainbow Rocks 2, and the episode featuring the "Want It, Need It" spell, we can get a pretty good idea of what kind of damage an out-of-control love goddess would cause. Which is a fucking lot.
Oh is she? ;> Plot twist: She's only pretending to take Twilight by surprise ;> First, she faked her redemption because she knew that's what Twilight would expect to see ;> Then, she befriended all her closest friends and her assistant, and even her enemies (e.g. Trixie and Discord). And now she even has the Princesses on her side :> She's in contact with the Sith Lord of Equestria (Maud) who knows where to find the stone which, when combined with Magic, will allow her to rule all of Equestria. And she learned how to switch ponies' cutie marks. Sure, it's only for a day, but who knows how long it will last when combined with that stone? :q Remember what happened to Ponyville when only the mane six's cutie marks has been switched by Starswirl's spell. And now imagine what could happen if all cutie marks in Equestria has been switched :q Now it's only time for the final punch :>
With all of her powers what if Starlight Gilmmer's father is maybe Starswirl the Bearded. Say he can go in time and fell in love with Starlight's mother. And Starlight has all this power and even the map see it.

It's interesting how the princesses' magic glow is related to their cutie marks. As in, Luna has Celestia's glow, and vice versa.
