What you mention is the challenge after months of practice and reaching a heavy bell. The training itself is not to go for what you mention every time you do it.
I just bought the book. My god Pavel you could summarize the book in 10 pages but you spend 100 pages going on and on about kettlebell warriors and Russian lore. Cut to the chase my friend.
@@PavelKrotovFit I’m going to hire a trainer here in Las Vegas to help me with my form but I’m hoping I can just do his protocol 3-4x/week and slowly get stronger and cut fat. Everyone always says the two handed kettlebell swing is so fantastic for posterior chain and cutting fat but I want to see it for myself.
@@PavelKrotovFit give yourself 10 to 17 minutes realistically . I'm going to come up with a simple and sinister program with mace. I'm thinking front circles and back circles contralateral load 50 to 25 one way and 50to 25 on the other way switch hands repeat on the other side then 10 Turkish get-ups on both sides what is inside and outside 360 shield cast before going into the the next Turkish get-up

Gran ejercicio. Lo puse hacer con 32kg. 10 swing por lado hasta llegar a 100 después 10 turkish get up 5 por cada lado . Una tortura!

Yes it really is a poorly organized, and structured book.
@@Kevnadian I’m bought it to support Pavel but I just had ChatGPT summarize what I need to know.
Excellent training regime, but far too much macho fighting talk!
PAVEL, YOU'RE A NUTCASE. I'M GOING TO TRY IT TONIGHT!!!
Good to know I thought it was 100 snatches 50 on each side😊
:) snatch test is tough. 100 reps of snatches in 5 min is good challenge

YOU LEFT OUT THE 15 GOBLET SQUATS
When do you do 10 goblet squats?
@@jdb2722 Right at the beginning, before the Swings
@@robertlehnert4148thanks I didn’t know that
I’ve never heard of squats in this training program
