    Great story. May the lord bless them. In my world one family grew corn and sold for there missionaries. I ate alot of that corn.

    Fantastic example of doing missionary work! Indeed there are so many inspiring ways of engaging ourselves to it as prompted by the spirit of God.

    26 For behold, it is not meet that I should command in all things; for he that is compelled in all things, the same is a slothful and not a wise servant; wherefore he receiveth no reward.
    27 Verily I say, men should be anxiously engaged in a good cause, and do many things of their own free will, and bring to pass much righteousness;
    28 For the power is in them, wherein they are agents unto themselves. And inasmuch as men do good they shall in nowise lose their reward.
    (This great couple is a perfect example of these Sacred words from our Savior)

    When it’s important you’ll find a way, if it’s not you’ll find an excuse....

    The story is really great. I just have a bad gut feeling with the fact that the LDS church is accumulating millions of dollars. So the missionaries could be subsided by the church itself instead of parents having to become amateur cooks to pay for them. How many missionaries could serve without paying if the Church sold its shopping mall, City Creek mall? Probably the next 250 years missionaries could serve without having to go into debt. Church finances need to be transparent to the membership, and these injustices need to stop.
