It depends on a lot of factors . Cost of buying a plot and building a house from scratch is far more expensive than buying a flat . Also , depends on the family size and plans for the future . ..Also , there are more amenities and security features offered in apartment complexes than plots and some people may prefer that . Also , if one buys a branded apartment from a top builder , the apartment cost will appreciate decently over time along with the option to generate rental yield if one plans it that way .

Bhai manloy agar ek jagah 100 gaj ka plot 30000 rs gaj hai toh 3000000 rs+ 4 storey depend upon you 40 lakh to 60 lakh
That means 40+30 =70 lakh
70 lakh ÷4 = 17.5 lakh ka ek flat parah jiski kimat 30 to 50 lakh hoti hai ab smajhgay construction cost same rahata hai depends on plot rate par gaj 😢 but wait for 8 to 1 year for construction its double money 🤑
