Hi, thank you for your informative video. what do you usually recommend for people using the welded studs for getting the best contact, seeing as the contact area is so small.
The elongated holes on the bus bars that usually come with lipo4 batteries create a situation where and already quite small contact area is then having even less contact, due to this elongated hole... Are there any methods that ensure a good connection to the contacts and maintaing a low resistance?

It is recommended to determine the current level first, if the current is not too high, it is usually sufficient. If the current is higher and a better contact area is needed, it is recommended to choose welded aluminium block type.
The holes in the busbar are set in such a way that they can still be used in case of tolerances. If you need them to make full contact, you need to customise the busbars with particularly precise holes, narrowing the holes in the strip to just enough for the stud to fit through.

Nice introduction. To be honest i didn't know there is that kind of choice of contacts.. btw i would suggest improvements of translations. Sometimes your explanation had no sense.. but i understand your restrictions of English speaking ppl in China..

@@gigel99324 Look at his name, looks like he was trying hard to spell "silver dragon", but the best he could manage in the end was "Sylwer Dragon" ... no wonder a comment like this ...
