i just wanted to say im a first time player to tft and i climbed to plat iii in a couple of weeks. my main resource has been a few tft youtubers, and yours is my fav channel. thanks for the great resources!!! climbing has been fun bc of you ^^
I did the same thing, but I was an older player.
Once I hit P3, almost p2, I got Emerald Players consistently and got rolled and kept getting them even when I got pushed back down to P4, idk if that's my MMR or what, but goodluck, and congrats
i did the same, firs ttime, in emerald now. Boy emerald is a whole differnt tier. I was hard stuck at emeral 4 for a whole week. The pacing is extremely way faster than plat and people have strong boards through and through with no fail and everyone htis high cap. Positioning becomes game winning, pikcing right decsiions way earlier on in the game snowball effefects so much and a slight wrong choice even like a wrong slam could cost you 20 turns down the road and you DO get punished for it.
Finally got past that, i only wish the set went longer, would be nice if i could reach master on the first set i play

Key thing for Vsiionary Renata reroll comp,especially if you have starry night is to LEVEL UP! Get to 8 or 9 even. Roll on 6 quite a lot, then start just heading to 9 as much as you can.
Those 3 stars will come if you have starry night, if not then roll on 6 more, but call it stop once you hit enuogh becuase you NEED to level up to survive late game. So many players just end up dying on 7 when everyone els eis 9 just to roll for the stars
only do this if you are stable or ahead of the lobby
@@FenrirButGamingagreed, not saying to fast 9 or anything but between some natural rolls ( say only one last copy needed on two units for 3*) and balancing some reroll, some leveling up, and seeing another carousel. You can probably hit it while going up another level. If you’ve got starry night your 2* chances go up, even finding a trailing end last copy of a 2* one cost isn’t super hard when just naturally rolling for stability at 8
Can you make an academy heimer guide video or vod review? I keep seeing it as an S tier comp on comp sites, but I don't know how to play it right. Love the videos man!
I would watch Dishsoap stream vod on Twitch today. He played a couple comps that could and couldn't pivot into academy and played it at least once very close, if not the first, comps he plays.
I have done many vod reviews on it and made a guide. I think they still hold

Hey there, big fan of your videos. I've played a couple sets of TFT but this is the only one where I've actually done much climbing. I'm in platinum for the first time and while this isn't the only channel that I've turned to for guidance, it's certainly been a huge help in understanding some fundamentals about the game and this season in particular. So, thank you very much for your assistance!
I wanted to ask though, have you considered adding chapters or time stamps to your videos? It would be a huge help, especially when revisiting certain videos.

For the zeri comp, would you default a sentinel frontline unless your contested?

My favorite one must be Emissary sorcs with Swain/Nami rr. I went out of emerald with that.
Do you think it is better the rr version or a fast 8th version?
Imo the RR version is better if you're not contested and have good items, otherwise I typically go Emissary when I have an emblem bc it caps pretty high pretty fast. Just my 2c though
Reroll is very hard to hit because swain is very popular in many comps. Emissary is also hard to hit because of how expensive it is. Generally I would angle more toward Black Rose and if you highroll the other options then you giga winout

I have already made one and several vod reviews. I think most of the guides still hold, academy is a lot weaker in general because of nerfs+ other comps being more explosive. I have guide playlists where you can find the academy one
its so sad that they killed off twitch
