Sir in 2 example 100k got increased as an accounts payable upon inventory purchase so 100k should increase more in inventory too, so mean current assest will be 400k. Kindly guide if I am mistaken.thanks

Sir the best vdo till date in working capital....I am from non financial background but still understandable...But sir one doubt came to my mind is doesn't this company bear loss of 3000 ..The amount receivable was 1.5lac from Crick academy but xyz is receiving 1.47lac....

Yes it does have lower upfront money, the point in getting money upfront is you have certainty that money is in, account receivable is not certaintity that you get the money, they can default..so this is the price you pay the 300 lets say you can see it assurance. On the other hand now you have the 1.47K you can invest it for 2 months in stock market or bank or buy bond or put it in a bank savings with some high interest. So, I think doing business is having to dare to take some business risks. So, what profile you like as a business you like to do simple business or you like to get the max out of it, this is my opinion.

Hello, Over video is very good. But I have 1 Question on debtors value. You should consider Cost not Sales Price. Because Working capital is internal requirement of company. again If you show profit as well it means you need WC money for profit as well..Which is quite disputed.

iam going to buy a property which is not registered ,Real owner will Transfer the property on my name so i can register it.
why buying unregistered property ?? because it will save my T.M charge around 5 lacks.
should i go for this property ? if yes what should be i careful for ? its a RESALE PROPERTY ready to move :)

How is it an unregistered property? You must check ownership proof. If ownership documents are in order, you can purchase it. But please get it registered. Don't try to save small money as it will be a huge risk.
