      I total agree. Mr. Ankur Warikoo has a very charming personality. His videos are so much fun to watch. And the reason is that he simplifies things without all business jargon. And he genuinely wants to help people. I guess that's why people love his videos even more. Way to go. You ROCK.

      @@warikoo Welcome Sir.
      Sir if possible can you please explain us with the process by which startup ideas which are not based on apps work, how they get funded? Because making an MVP for a new technology or a new product takes more investment than making an App(if you have the skills). So is there any way to gain some initial investment on based of on paper reports and not making a prototype, or if there is a way to get help in bootstrapping phase.
      Thank you.

    • @digitalvaidhya
      @digitalvaidhya 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@snehilgoyal1087 Seed funding and Angle investors focus on your team more than your idea. So, if your have an idea with a app based MVP then there should be someone tech-savvy in your team. I it's same I suggest you to found some technical person as a co-founder.

    • @snehilgoyal1087
      @snehilgoyal1087 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@digitalvaidhya This is the thing na it is not an app, it's a product which needs equipments. Making an app's prototype is somewhat not expensive you can do it on a laptop sitting at home. But for making a well engineered product I need place, technicians, equipments,etc. I have my study, my team, my research and to make that prototype I am seeking funds.

    • @varunabhi
      @varunabhi 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@snehilgoyal1087 If you've everything prepared like the idea, team, road map then make a pitch deck and prototype of your product and go to startup incubators and get funded. I think u know this, investors invest in your idea only if you can assure them of their returns within 5-7 years. And last, there's a startup called slide bean which helps you making eye-catching pitch decks. check their youtube channel.

    Love that you used a feminine example while saying "Mai ek chhota sa business kar leti hu, uske chalte mai apni family ko support kar paaungi". Felt so good to get caught off guard because due to social conditioning we always expect a "kar leta/kar paunga". Good to see this change!

    • @sjegannath6295
      @sjegannath6295 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think when most people say "kar leta/ kar paunga" they genuinely mean for both girls and boys.
      I mean business at the end of the day doesn't see if you are girl or boy it just sees how solid your idea is.

    • @sacarchy
      @sacarchy 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      This was the biggest stupidity in this video
      And found it awkward that warikoo is trying to set this feminist agenda in his video
      Women represent only 14% of entrepreneurs in India, and a majority of those startups are microenterprises and self-financed.
      Without talent if you try to promote someone because he/she is from a particular group thn it becomes like reservation and they cry that they were not given enough opportunities.
      Toppers are girls but
      When it comes to run a business they all are not there
      So there is no point in promoting this stupidity

      Investors get equity when they invest in a startup. When the company goes public, the investors must sit on the investment for six months or so. These lock-up periods, which are negotiated with the IPO’s underwriters, are designed to keep the stock stable. When the lock-up expires, the VC firms must decide whether to hold or sell and distribute the proceeds to their limited partners. If they sell, they also have to decide whether to distribute cash or shares.

    Does government gives monetary support if I sign in via Startup India Initiative? And if yes it it a loan which I need to repay later? If yes then whats interest rate?
    I am sorry if it's stupid question but me and my friend want to start a startup game development company and will register it private limited as u mentioned. I have less than 1 lakh as bootstrap. Should I go ahead?

    In a very subtle way, he includes feminism by saying business karna chahti hu instead of chahta hu.
    That is real feminism I have seen in ages.
    Kudos Ankur Warikoo. 🙏
