As an anemic person I LOVE THE WARMTH! By mid Winter I get depressed because it's so cold I can't function. I've been waiting since February for this! 😅
It's mainly due to el Nino. Plus we need to take basically all we can get before summer especially since it will be la.nina summer which probably means a hotter and drier than average summer
As a USAF retiree/ veteran, comm career field...I can tell you, those civil servants don't have much urgency 😂..Probably some sort of software upgrade/update that wasn't scheduled lol
