This is an amazing video. You can feel how genuine everyone wants the next person to succeed. A collaborative work environment is truly the best environment to work. Keep up the great works and I look forward to hearing more about the team in within the near future!!!

The money that’s gone into the big college football and basketball programs, in the last 15 years, is obscene.

@@rhylestrausbaugh435 it will kill off the college game, for all but the very top programs.

Think if I was choosing a Univeristy to play football, I'd really want to work with these SC coaches.

Until the Bruins are able to get and develop elite OL/DL (which CA does not have in abundance) they are gonna be a mid level B10 program. Same for SC, UDUB, and O. And I’m talking 1’s and 2’s….. not just one NFL guy here and there. That being said the recent facility upgrades and holistic approach to Movement (yes… not calling S&C Program) is a fantastic start on the journey of getting to a B10 Championship Game.

I think using those squat racks to get all the linemen squatting over 600 below parallel would be the best way to fix that lineman issue. I see waaaay too many programs doing a whole lot of wasted effort on movements and exercises that have no proven performance metric.

Very nice vid. I see a more serious commitment and investment in football by the Athletic Dept. AD deserves credit.
Sorry but Dan Guerrero was a joke. UCLA always did so many things on the cheap. Football was never a priority. Too much “equality”.
Football and Men’s basketball are the real money makers but other UCLA women’s sports do quite well too.
Focus needs to be kept on the money makers. Those added revenues can then better promote the less popular sports.
