I saw wicked on the tour in dublin. Amy and helen was amazing. It was my first time seeing wicked also. I couldnt go to the first tour back 2013 so seeing this year was very speical!
I saw this tour in Liverpool. Nikki Bentley was on as Elphaba, Helen Woolf was Glinda, and Benjamin Yates was on as Fiyero. I enjoyed Nikki's and Helen's performances but the standout for me was Benjamin. He has a fantastic voice and brought a youthful energy to the role. I am seeing the tour again in Manchester and hope to see Benjamin as Fiyero again.
So jealous you've been able to see Ben as Fiyero! I'd love to see him, so hard to catch understudies on tour. I'm really glad you had a fab time seeing him, enjoy the tour when you see it again! 😄
Wow Miss Constantine is fantastic. So interesting to hear from a resident directors point of view. Maintaining a show like Wicked is a huge responsibility
I'm going to see this tour in Dublin soon and I can't wait but I have a few questions about it. 1. Is the grimmere book on sale at the tour? 2. Is their a price difference between € and £. As in will they change the merch price through an actual exchange rate or will they just stay the same (as in a £5 label pin will be €5)
I agree with this. I saw Nikki last saturday and i was impressed with her vocals but her acting wasn’t as good but i saw her again this saturday and i liked her much more. i don’t think it helps that my favourite elphaba is amy too.
I went to see the show twice in Edinbrugh and was lucky enough to have the understudy for Fiyero Benjamin Yates on the first night I went. From the moment her was on stage he quickly became the best Fiyero I have ever had. For me personally he was practically ripped straight out of the book. I was quite disappointed with Aaron sidwell's performance. He started off well but as the show went on his vocals got lost slightly and his second act Fiyero just seemed to be missing something.
It's funny you say because I saw Helen and Rachel and you know how amazing Rachel is but even I was enjoying Helen a bit more than Rachel because her Glinda was sooo hilarious!

Ben Cartwright okay thank you for that. Much cheaper than the website. £50 when you add on delivery costs.
My boyfriend got the grimmerie on Amazon so much cheaper maybe €20
I'm honestly not sure how they're going to charge the merch, sorry I can't be of more help there!
Thomas Wall I’m seeing it in Dublin the grimeree is €40if there is any merch that you need to know about tell me
OUAT LOVER 33 Thank you. Do they have the actual programme as well? I'm confused about the whole programme/picture book situation.

When did you visit, I went to see Wicked in Birmingham during this tour?
I went on the matinee of the 12th of April 😊
Your friend Amy looks very like Kathraine Mcphee, who's now in Waitress as Jenna for a limited run!!!!
Doesn't she just!! It's spooky haha
