Pierce has won the job in my opinion. From the blank sheet of paper to treating the practice squad players like they are part of the team to allowing players to give their input on the plays they like, to lighting a fire under that offensive line and literally the whole team, to choosing Bo Hardegee as OC and Bo really knocking it out the park on the fly. If they beat Miami or KC or both jeez you better believe it's a lock.

That 1983 Los Angeles Raider team is my favorite Raider team. The offense was awesome but the defense was a serious head hunting bunch. The coaching staff prepared that team for maximum results. Result? Super Bowl champions against a good Redskins team. But for now Antonio Pierce should get the head coaching job. I hope Mark Davis DID learn from his experience with releasing coach Basaccia.
