This is an outstanding curated list. There is something for everyone here with a great price point. Love that you include good accessories. I can see the burl wood box being the perfect thing to put on an entry table so you always have a dedicated spot for your keys, so you always know where they are; they could hold ear buds and all kinds of useful things. Love the marble accessories. We decided not to do a major kitchen renovation but we did update it cosmetically, and we have marble accessories that are functional and give us that element of marble. I am also loving the color palette of sage green and cinnamon colors with natural linen. You take these trends and make them attainable.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful comment. I do agree there’s something for everyone and we took quite a bit of time to curate the perfect list. We appreciate you and look forward to seeing you on Sundays. ❤️
@@NinaTakesh Sundays! Yes, so that is your weekly video release date. I certainly will, and I look forward to that. Thats a lovely thing to look forward to on a Sunday morning. Thank you!
Nina, You have always been my favorite channel for fresh new ideas. I am grateful that you are mixing high and low for ones who can’t afford high cost things. I know that you have always loved burl wood. For me it has had such a yellow cast that I have never been interested. However, after seeing your gorgeous table and the darker items you showcased today, that I would be very interested in! I am a neutral/natural girl. Not necessarily creams but earth tones. Black, brown , olive green, burgundy, rust, mustard yellow, dark blues. Colors you find in nature. This list has so many beautiful things that I love. Thank you for keeping us current and informed.
I'm so glad you loved this episode. And I’m also very glad that I might have changed your mind regarding Burlwood. Thank you for all your kindness and support. ❤️
Happy new year to you and your family. I’ve enjoyed watching your channel grow and you’ve been inspiring my growth with decorating my home! Just wanted to say thank you and wishing you a wonderful year ahead of travel and fashionable designs!😊
I also love olive green and used it during Christmas so now I’ll keep my throws and pillows out. I just ordered the marble bowl from H&M. So surprised with the gorgeous credenza from Amazon. Love that and love the green velvet stool. I may have to re-do my office. Thanks for the amazing content and I love the dress, by the way.
Happy New Year Nina! Thanks so much for sharing these ideas! Love that you included lower priced items😊I’m glad you mentioned green as I’ve started using it in my decor lately but I was a bit reluctant because I wasn’t sure if green was out, so happy to hear that it’s not. I loved the green velour stool, the marble toothbrush holders and the small lamp is adorable. Glad that marble is trending as well. I have a round dark brown dining room table, the legs are wood and the top is 4” thick solid marble. I bought it used about 15 years ago for $50. The marble had stained unfortunately and I’ve been covering them up with decorative items. With marble now trending I will try to find a way to refurbish the marble. If any of your followers have done this, I’d love to know. All the best with your Channel in 2025.
love these decor items suggestions. thank you! I didn't know green was trending... but I chose it for my shower tile (a matte light green vertical tile). it turned out great! looking forward to more of your content this year. ❤
I’m so happy I found your channel, Nina! I love everything you recommend and soak up all the knowledge you share with us! I am currently binge watching all your videos, since I recently discovered your channel. I love GREEN! Just purchased a bench upholstered in green for the foot of my bed. You are absolutely spot on, the green is a great pop of color. I also plan to purchase the green coverlet and pillows for my guest room! Thank you ☺️
Hi Nina! I live in an apartment and I am utilizing a room off of my kitchen to make a dining room. Being in fashion, I try and always stay on trend and I’m doing the same with my furniture choices. I’m struggling to decide between a dark wood dining table or going with marble. I found an architectural marble table that fits the space. What are your thoughts on marble? It’s cream and appears to have tan and green veining. Thanks as always for your replies ❤.
Go with the marble!!! If you can find a combination of both marble top with wood base go for that. I think that would elevate your space in a timeless way.
🍾🥂Happy New Year Nina!!! I’ve been thinking about burl wood lately but all I see are big pieces so thank you for finding the decorative boxes. Btw, I know you’re a high end designer and you mostly do luxurious homes but may I suggest tips on styling average apartments for your content? I know that your tips are applicable for any homes but I think you know what I mean 😅 You have a mix audience like me who lives in an apartment with a lower price range but still wants a beautiful and stylish home. The last 2 years have been challenging for me financially and when possible I put some money aside for home improvement (aka decor). I genuinely hope you and the team consider my suggestion/request. Anyway, this is my first comment to your channel and I am sooo excited and can’t wait for the transformation episode!
I'm from Germany and many things that you suggest are not available here or very much pricier due to the Tax & shipping. But those marble bowls from H&M are available in Germany and I could buy them in all available shapes. Love them. Thank you so much for the recommendation🙏👌
Always consider how things could be regularly cleaned. The green lamp is definitely not on my list. I had to chuckle about the burl wood. We live on an 80’ yacht with gorgeous cherry wood and burl wood accents. Many of the current trends are already incorporated into the yacht either by original design or by our additions. Getting ready to put her on the market so…so excited for this convenient coincidence of style!
Hi Nina! I live in an apartment and I’m always trying to keep up with trends because I am in fashion. I’m utilizing an open den as a dining room and I’m struggling to decide between a dark wood dining table or marble. Is marble still on trend for Furniture? I found a really pretty round cream table with brown and green veining. Appreciate your replies as always.❤
Whenever I doubted anything green in my home or in fashion (light green Balenciaga bag), my Mother would always say "Green matches everything!", and would reference green grass with blue skies, colorful flowers, etc. By the way, the ottoman with bun feet in brown is sold out, but I'm loving the cream as well.
Burlap wood looks to me as a skin damage caused by a decease. And burls indeed are deformed growth that occurred when tree experiences some stress or injury such as fungal infection , insect infestation or physical damage.
Ehh. You’re missing the point. There’s definitely cheaper ways to achieve that look. It’s about mimicking the vibe. You can always dupe a high end look for less. She also had an adorable lamp for around 40. That’s what you would pay at HomeGoods. 🤷🏻♀️
For the first time, I do not like one single thing. Actually, that’s not true. I love your table, but that’s about it. Congratulations send your channel growing.
Happy 2025. Love this video ! Your taste in both fashion and design is exquisite.
Thank you Ann 🖤

Will do!! Except that it is not finished! As soon as it’s ready I will definitely share ❤️

The dress is absolutely stunning ….. I would definitely get in black and maybe all colors …… just gorgeous ❤
I’ve been wondering where to get the tall plant/planter behind you. Does anyone know?
I love mixing matte and gloss! I’ve been into green. I’ve painted several spaces Le Lux.
The velvet lamp was gorgeous! 😍
Thank you so much! I love the mix of matte and gloss too!
Happy 2025 Nina! Wishing you all the best!

Rien avoir entre les articles amazon conseillés et mis en description. Dommage
I am not a fan of the coffee table's legs. Something is off there. Fred Flintstone proportions? Love the high gloss for cleanability.
Thank you for sharing Gwen. And wishing you a happy new year.
Design details. Details details details give specificity to home space designs
You're absolutely right!
