All of your properties are outstanding, but this one is just over the top! The lighting theme throughout the home is so dramatic and artistic, for me it is a showstopper! It would create a very emotional appeal for me to choose this home over others. I won't even mention the bar in the closet .. I love the LED lit stairs and the light oak, very refreshing. Love that you transition into a more dramatic dark look in the bathroom, very spa-like. Just little features beyond the obvious incredible architecture, indoors and out..This is a favorite and your enthusiasm shows!

Very nice video. That's actually a house I would consider buying at the asking price. Nice combination of modern and views which is hard to find at lower price. Not sure if the sliding glass panels are robust enough but otherwise it's one of the few houses I would consider at asking price. They paid 2.9million for the previous house so not a massive margin unlike a lot of other projects.
