Hello, hi Mama, I only have two things that I wanted to see on the video: I wanted to see the second rise and see you cut into the bread so we can see the crumb structure. All in all I totally enjoy the video I am baking this bread TONITE!
There is a recipe which uses ice cold water and 2tsp of yeast to 1lb flour. The result is phenomenal. Can you say what is the science behind this? I have watched your video so.many times. I am thinking to try it.. I am a little skeptical about the one teaspoon of yeast. Almost all of the recipes I have seen use 1 top of yeast to 3 and one half cups of flour. Help.
Hi, I have your video saved for years and I now have the courage to try... but everything I bake comes out dry. For convection, do you know if I should still do 375 for 25 minutes?
Gonna try this recipe, but can I say, I found there yo be far too much information as to why everything. Apposed to just showing us the exact ingredients and method nice and straight forward. I appreciate your also making content as well as the recipe alone just a suggestion
