Thanks for sharing this. I found that for me, it worked better if I keep the pan as hot as it can get, but I'm using a gas stove instead of electric, so this may account for the difference. Cheers!
When I was a little kid in the late 1950's, my brother and I used to sell tomatoes door to door. We had one family who would only buy green tomatoes, just for frying. Mom would always have to make up a special basket just for them. For me personally, I love a nice ripe tomato slice, especially when it's sitting on a big fat burger 🍔. Yum!

Married mom of 1. Almost2. And we love these recipes. You should make a sammich. Like any kind bc you wont fail me with your ideas. So yeah. Make a sammich either breakfast or lunch so i can make it and eat it.

WAY too much salt holy shit haha. I just do a little bit of salt and then more pepper and garlic powder. I also throw in whole cloves of garlic into the pan with the tomatoes. Then at the end a little basil and mozzarella cheese..Mmmm perfection 😅😊

I fry my tomatoes in bacon grease and put Hellman's mayonnaise on buttered toast with fried spam or thick cut bacon..yum 😋 😋 😋 ❤

Yes keep it as hot as it can get, as long as it doesn’t burn the food. On my electric stove, the hottest setting tends to burn stuff

Best eaten on top of a slice of toast and don't waste that oil, wipe it up with a slice of fresh white bread, delicious.

Ease up on the ungodly amount of salt .what are you thinking. No one should eat that much salt in thier meal. Its not healthy
It's really a completely normal amount of salt. Just because she's holding a big box doesn't mean she was dumping the whole thing.
You can add as little salt as you like :)
